Contract: 1-year fixed term (with potential extension based on business needs)

The Opportunity

PVH Europe is the hub for Global Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein EMEA, and PVH EMEA, all headquartered in Amsterdam. As we accelerate growth across these iconic brands, the demand for exceptional senior leadership and niche talent across European markets is increasing. The executive hiring landscape here is highly competitive and requires deep regional expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead PVH’s in-house executive search capability for Europe, delivering measurable impact by:

  • Strengthening direct sourcing and elevating PVH’s executive talent brand across European markets.
  • Improving candidate quality and experience through proactive networking and market intelligence tailored to regional nuances.
  • Reducing agency dependency and costs by 40–50% per search.
  • Creating long-term talent pipelines to support succession planning and leadership continuity in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

This is a newly created individual contributor role, fully accountable for the end-to-end executive hiring process – from market mapping and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, relocation, mobility, and contract signing. You will ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and business stakeholders.

  • Executive Search Leadership: Own and deliver senior-level searches across Europe, ensuring excellence in process and outcomes.
  • Direct Sourcing & Market Mapping: Build proactive pipelines and deep market insights to identify and engage top-tier talent aligned with PVH’s strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level leaders and HR partners, providing data-driven insights and influencing critical hiring decisions.
  • Brand Advocacy: Position PVH as an employer of choice for executive talent through networking, thought leadership, and strategic engagement.
  • Process Optimisation: Implement robust in-house search strategies to reduce agency dependency and improve efficiency.
  • Succession Planning Support: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior talent to enable leadership continuity.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Executive Search Expertise: 7–10 years of senior search experience (in-house or agency) with a proven track record across European markets in both commercial and creative roles.
  • Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European talent landscapes, cultural nuances, and employment regulations.
  • Commercial & Creative Acumen: Ability to translate business growth and brand strategies into talent solutions; skilled at evaluating adjacent markets.
  • Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Expertise in proactive sourcing and building deep knowledge of senior talent pools across Europe.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Credible advisor to C-Level and HR leaders, leveraging data-backed insights to challenge and guide decisions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required; additional European languages strongly preferred.
