The Team

Within the Wholesale team, the E-Commerce and Franchising Specialist ensures that processes, tools, and timelines are aligned across teams, enabling seamless execution of sales campaigns and projects. This role works closely with Sales Managers, Brand Managers, Area Managers and cross-functional partners to keep the team focused and aligned.

The Position

As a E-Commerce and Franchising Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of the Channel teams. You will manage task distribution, scheduling, reporting & analysis submissions, presentations, and cross-functional coordination. Your work will ensure that the team can execute with clarity, speed, and accuracy—ultimately contributing to the department’s success. Reporting directly to the Director Ecommerce South-East Hub, and working closely with the Director of Franchising, Region South East, the role acts as a central point for coordination, ensuring smooth communication and aligned execution across teams. You will be in touch with the whole WHS team members and other cross-functional partners, helping optimize internal workflows, monitor team progress, and facilitate alignment with strategic goals—supporting the delivery of high-quality service and performance across all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication : Acts as the main point of contact within the team and between relevant departments, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication across functions and regions.

  • Scheduling : Organizes team calendars, meetings, deadlines, and key milestones—ensuring alignment across the Commercial function and external stakeholders

  • Task Management : Assigns and follows up on key tasks and responsibilities across the sales team, ensuring clarity of ownership, balance of workload, and adherence to deadlines.

  • Monitoring Progress : Tracks the execution of projects, sales initiatives, and team deliverables. Proactively identifies bottlenecks or delays and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.

  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepares and consolidates reports and dashboards (enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Channel Submissions for seasonal & annual budgets

  • Operational Support : Provides day-to-day support to the Commercial teams, assisting with documentation, asset distribution, internal coordination, and logistical arrangements.  Ensure that the Partners are set up internally to sell in & ship (sold tos, sold to mapping, documentation is in place) and manage Partner target process. Help onboard new team members with process and tool training

  • Problem Solving : Assists in solving operational and technical challenges within the Channel and Brand context, helping the team stay focused on priorities and performance.

  • Resource Management : Helps ensure that the Team is equipped with the necessary resources—samples, tools, data, time, and information—to execute at a high level.

  • Operational bottlenecks resolved efficiently

Requirements:

  • The candidate can be based in Istanbul or Dubai

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Economics preferred

  • 2 years of relevant experience in similar role in a multinational environment

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Advanced Excel, PPT and working knowledge of CRM/ERP tools

  • Fluent English is a must

  • Proactive and solution-oriented

  • Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented attitude

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
