The Team The Digital Consumer Operations team is responsible for enabling best-in-class digital experiences across all DTC channels for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Within this team, the Consumer Analytics sub team delivers data-driven tools and capabilities that empower decision-making and optimize performance across media, eCommerce, and marketing. By integrating insights, automation, and scalable infrastructure, the team enhances consumer engagement and supports commercial growth in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment. The Position As E-commerce Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced analytics and data modeling techniques to uncover insights that drive commercial impact across PVH EMEA’s digital channels. Working within the wider Digital Consumer Analytics team and reporting into the eCommerce & Media Infrastructure lead, you will analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and on-site interactions to identify growth opportunities and support key business decisions. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing, product, media, and analytics stakeholders to build predictive models, segmentations, and test strategies that power smarter digital commerce experiences for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Key Responsibilities: Develop predictive models, segmentations, and data-driven recommendations to optimize eCommerce performance and media activation. Analyze large volumes of consumer, transaction, and behavioral data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical goals and translate them into actionable insights. Support A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion rate optimization strategies. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to access, transform, and validate datasets. Visualize and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling way. Stay up to date with the latest data science methods, tools, and trends in eCommerce and digital marketing. Ensure high-quality documentation and reproducibility of models and analytical workflows. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Measures of Success Delivery of data science models and insights that directly support commercial growth initiatives. Measurable impact on key performance indicators such as conversion rate, revenue per visitor, or campaign ROI. High stakeholder satisfaction with the clarity, actionability, and timeliness of analytics deliverables. Adoption of data-driven recommendations across product, media, and eCommerce teams. Development of repeatable and scalable analytical solutions to support business agility. Requirements Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience as a data scientist or advanced analyst, preferably in an eCommerce or digital environment within (premium) fashion. Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and relational databases. Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, classification, recommendation engines). Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, or experimental design. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnel analytics, and customer behavior. Ability to translate complex findings into clear, business-relevant insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS) and tools like BigQuery is a plus. Experience with Git, version control, and collaborative coding workflows. Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality, documentation, and reproducibility. Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
