The Team

This role sits within Marketing Operations, which is the organisational and creative production arm of the marketing department. As a close partner to both creative and marketing teams, we work to establish the best processes, drive collaboration, bring production expertise and are accountable for delivering on time and to budget. 

The team is made up of 4 pillars – Operations, Project Management, Production and PVH Studios and collectively this team are responsible for the global creative output for the brand, from global campaigns to brand design for our touchpoints, to PDP content. 

The team plays an important role in building upon the brand’s desirability through the delivery of aspirational lifestyle content and brand design.

The position

The Manager Seasonal Project Management plays a critical role in driving the timely delivery of creative and marketing projects within our internal Brand Design team. This role ensures seamless cross-functional collaboration, clarity in project timelines, and effective stakeholder communication—especially within design, marketing, and legal functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and experienced in managing complex creative workflows, with a strong background in design, print, and packaging project delivery. In addition to handling a portfolio of brand design projects, the Manager provides day-to-day leadership for a small team of project managers or professional contributors, supporting their development and setting a standard of excellence for others.

This role also works closely with the Head of Brand Design to foster a positive team culture, define efficient working models, and support department-wide planning and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of design-focused projects including brand identity, toolkits, on-product communication, press kits, CRM assets, packaging, and content guidelines.

  • Act as the project lead across multiple seasonal and evergreen initiatives, owning timelines, priorities, and progress tracking across cross-functional teams.

  • Lead project kickoffs, drive alignment during briefings, and ensure team clarity on scope, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Organise and facilitate meetings, distribute agendas and action items, and provide concise status updates to stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, clarify complex project requirements, and align on deliverables.

Operational Oversight & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on brief intake and resourcing, ensuring briefs are clear, actionable, and within available timelines and budgets.

  • Identify operational challenges, surface blockers early, and simplify workflows where possible to support timely delivery.

  • Maintain and champion best practices in project management processes and communication across the team.

  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and external vendors to manage approvals and execution of third-party deliverables.

People & Resource Management

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to project coordinators or junior team members, helping them prioritise workloads and grow in their roles.

  • Contribute to performance reviews and team planning; support onboarding and promote shared standards.

  • Partner with the Head of Brand Design to align on resourcing needs, team development opportunities, and ways to improve the team's impact and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

The content we create in Creative Marketing and Production engages consumers through the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle and elevates our product offering. Serving O+O, .COM, CRM, and social channels, this content is a critical part of our consumer engagement strategy.

Having the right person in this role is essential to delivering high-quality creative on time and within budget—while also setting the standard for operational excellence within the Brand Design Project Management team.

  • University degree required, with minimum 7 years of experience in design project management within a design-led or fashion-focused business.

  • Proven success in leading print, packaging, and brand identity projects from concept to delivery.

  • Line management or team leadership experience preferred, with the ability to support professional development and oversee team output.

  • In-depth understanding of creative timelines, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Experience working with marketing, creative, legal, and vendor partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and manage senior stakeholder expectations.

  • Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities and prioritisation skills.
