Senior CRM Automation Specialist
As the Senior CRM Automation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our PVH European CRM & Membership team within the Direct-To-Consumer department. Our primary goal is to consistently enhance member acquisition, satisfaction, and retention across all European markets and channels where Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein operate. This role is collaborating closely with a CRM Automation Specialist, Marketing Technology team and reports directly to the Senior CRM Manager Tech Operations.
The Position
As Senior CRM Automation Specialist, you are responsible for supporting and enhancing PVH’s data-driven CRM & Membership technology landscape, with a strong focus on scalable technical delivery and hands-on development of omnichannel consumer experiences.
You act as the link between brands, data, CRM and technology, translating commercial and marketing requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. You ensure that CRM platforms, membership & loyalty capabilities, and data integrations are well-built, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.
Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams, as well as external partners, you ensure that solutions are stable, scalable and efficiently executed, while continuously improving the technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Act as technical lead and mentor for automation specialists.
Provide solution design, code reviews, and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to define feasible and scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and challenge where needed.
Support agile ways of working and contribute to planning and prioritization.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing.
Platform Ownership & Technical Expertise
Act as technical expert for CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Define and enforce best practices, governance, and technical standards.
Design and maintain data structures and models aligned with business needs.
Support and oversee integrations with CDP, loyalty platforms and other systems.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through continuous optimization.
Review and guide implementations delivered by external vendors or team members.
CRM Technology & Hands-on Delivery
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementations.
Design, build, and maintain CRM automations, lifecycle journeys and triggered campaigns.
Develop and optimize data processes, segmentation logic and automations using SQL and scripting.
Implement and manage automated workflows (data processing, imports/exports, orchestration).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data-related issues.
Measures of Success
High-quality, scalable and maintainable CRM solutions delivered on time.
Improved stability and performance of CRM platforms and data flows.
Reduced technical debt through strong standards and architecture.
Increased efficiency and reusability in campaign and automation setup.
Strong alignment and satisfaction across stakeholders.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM / marketing automation platforms
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications is a plus.
Strong SQL and scripting skills (e.g. AMPscript or similar)
Experience building automations, customer journeys, and dynamic communications
Solid understanding of data structures, data flows and system integrations (APIs)
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience guiding others, reviewing work, and setting technical standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven experience managing technical or cross-functional CRM-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Independent, structured and proactive working style.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
