About the role

You will join the cross‑functional team driving our two‑track transformation: (1) Replatforming – globalizing our commerce technology stack to build a scalable, global backbone for the future; and (2) Redesign – reimagining the end‑to‑end customer journey from landing to checkout and beyond. If we want to grow into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world, our digital experience must reflect that ambition — consistently delivering an elevated premium experience.

Where you’ll have impact in year one

A significant part of your initial remit is leading a large‑scale migration to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), with particular emphasis on the checkout funnel, payment service provider integrations, shipping/carrier integrations and post-purchase journey. You will balance technical migration milestones with measurable customer experience outcomes, ensuring minimal disruption at launch and clear performance lift post‑go‑live.

Key responsibilities

  • Define a clear product vision for check-out and post purchase journey. Translate strategy into OKRs and a transparent, outcomes‑focused roadmap.

  • SFCC migration for check-out & post purchase journey: Orchestrate discovery, prioritization, and delivery for the platform migration. Manage dependencies, non‑functional requirements (performance, security, scalability), data cutover, and legacy decommissioning.

  • Data ‑driven decisions: Partner with CRO and Web Analytics to instrument journeys, define funnels, run A/B tests, and measure impact. Turn insights into backlog priorities.

  • Stakeholder management: Align with Engineering, Design, Ecom operations, CRM, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal. Create transparency, manage expectations, and push back when required.

  • Execution excellence: Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain a well‑groomed backlog, and drive sprint ceremonies for on‑time, on‑budget delivery with quality.

  • Quality, risk & release: Lead UAT, readiness reviews, go/no‑go, cutover and hypercare. Maintain rollback plans and monitor KPIs post‑release.

  • Practice & culture: Contribute to a high‑performing product practice; mentor peers, share best practices, and help build a healthy, collaborative team culture.

As a Product Owner you:

  • Are skilled at coming up with a clear product vision and comfortable with setting up OKRs and reflect this in your roadmap.

  • Empower the team to build the right product, the right way; delivered on time and on budget.

  • Advocate focus on outcome rather than output.

  • Create transparency and manage expectations and push‑back when necessary.

  • Contribute to the product team with a solid knowledge of the various challenges of the business, relevant user insights and data about user engagement in our digital products.

  • Have a good understanding of and value validation techniques, from initiation to implementation & iteration.

  • Are responsible for impactful product changes and rollouts.

  • Organize product demos and reviews to actively gather feedback from stakeholders.

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree or higher educational equivalent. You bring at least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner working with high‑traffic websites, preferably e‑commerce platforms.

  • Proven experience leading large migration projects on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), ideally multi‑market and multi‑brand.

  • Strong domain knowledge of checkout, payment integrations, and carrier/shipping integrations, including cross‑border complexity. And post purchase capabilities.

  • Demonstrates understanding of modern digital product discovery and delivery techniques (hypothesis‑driven discovery, experimentation).

  • Fluent in performance optimisation, conversion‑rate improvement, and A/B testing.

  • Comfortable with analytics and instrumentation (e.g., funnel analysis, dashboards, cohorting) and turning insights into decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; able to engage engineers, designers, data, and company leaders constructively.

  • Healthy interest in retail tech, market trends, and the future of commerce.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global rollouts (multi‑locale, multi‑currency, tax, and compliance considerations).

  • Hands‑on familiarity with SFCC cartridges, OMS/WMS integrations, loyalty, gift cards, and returns flows.

  • Working knowledge of experimentation platforms and tag management.
