About the Role:

Reporting to the Manager, Health and Welfare Plans, your role is dedicated to the essential functions as it relates to benefits Administration and Operations. Your primary focus will be HRIS administration, data analytics, process management. Programs include health, prescription drug, life, disability, absence management, COBRA and voluntary benefit programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other voluntary benefit programs.

  • Ensure all benefit plans comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA). Maintain accurate plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and employee communications.

  • Liaise with benefits vendors, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers to resolve issues, process enrollments, claims, and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Oversee employee eligibility and enrollment processes, including open enrollment periods, new hires, and qualifying life events. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HRIS or benefits administration systems.

  • Provide expert guidance to employees and managers regarding plan details, benefit options, claims processes, and policy changes.

  • Prepare and review benefits-related reports and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in internal and external audits related to benefit plans.

  • Investigate and resolve escalated benefits issues or disputes, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.

  • Ensure budgetary and vendor expenses and processed and tracked accordingly.

    • Respond to requests from accounting and procurement as required.

    • Administer benefits within Workday HR system, including benefit plan and rate configuration, reporting, system updates, including annual Open Enrollment.

    • Initiate Workday and IT intakes and leads implementations as it relates to integration build and testing within Workday in partnership with IT and other key stakeholders.

    • Support with development of RFPs, participate in vendor finalist meetings and vendor and benefit implementations.

    • Ensure vendor agreements, contracts and SLAs are current.

    • Initiate and complete vendor security review process to comply with PVH Information Security and Data Privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering benefit plans.

  • Proficient with HR systems. Workday, preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to story-tell using data.

  • Experience working on plan design analysis, support budget and financial planning, analyzing plan cost expenditures.

  • Apply critical thinking problem solving.

  • Adaptable to change and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:$80,150---$113,700

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
