The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
As the Strategic Sales Director E-Commerce (m/f/x) you will be a key leader in the Pure Player team within the West Hub, managing two of the largest accounts in PVH Europe.
This role oversees sales, account management, and go-to-market execution for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein products across partner platforms in EMEA. You will act as a bridge between the brands and their e-commerce partners, ensuring alignment with brand values, driving commercial success, and creating long-term value.
A day in the life of a Strategic Sales Director E-Commerce (m/f/x):
You will lead the execution of the Pure Player account strategy for our main partner, aligning it with the hub west wholesale strategy and the overarching EMEA/Global business vision
You will lead, mentor, and inspire your team within the West Hub, driving high performance and professional development
You will identify and develop new business opportunities, adapting wholesale models to regional market dynamics
You will own the P&L for the assigned accounts, ensuring delivery against revenue and profitability targets in close collaboration with finance teams
You will monitor channel performance to ensure profitability and compliance with partner agreements
You will lead negotiations on terms, pricing, assortments, and seasonal buys to optimize revenue and brand representation
You will build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners, leading strategic negotiations to foster long-term partnerships
You will travel frequently across the EMEA region to meet clients and strengthen strategic partnerships
What do we need from you? You have:
10+ years of experience (with minimum 5 years in a leadership role) within the pure player e-commerce space, ideally in a global fashion or lifestyle brand
A university degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
Outstanding leadership abilities, with a proven track record in relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional negotiation skills and deep financial understanding, with the ability to manage P&Ls and budgets
Strong knowledge of regional retail landscapes across EMEA, with expertise in the German and Southern European markets
A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software’s to translate work resources into efficiency
A very good command of written and spoken German and English
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed
