Job Title: Senior Manager International Tax and Transfer Pricing
Tax Team
The PVH EMEA tax team has currently a vacancy for a Senior Manager International Tax and Transfer Pricing position. The team consists of 5 FTE’s who are responsible for tax related matters for the PVH group entities in the EMEA territory, such as but not limited to (international) corporate tax, transfer pricing, wage tax and indirect tax (VAT and customs duties). The tax team works closely together with other departments like HR, Treasury, Legal, Finance, Technology etc. and has a close relationship with the local EMEA finance teams and the other members of the PVH global tax team.
The Position
The Senior Manager of International Tax and Transfer Pricing will be part of PVH’s EMEA Tax team reporting to the EMEA VP of Tax in addition to supporting the VP of Global Transfer Pricing of PVH Corp. (the ultimate US parent of PVH Europe). The manager’s focus will be on the day-to-day international as well as transfer pricing matters for the PVH EMEA operations in collaboration with the local finance teams to ensure compliance with international and local corporate income tax and transfer pricing legislations (as they continue to evolve) in the EMEA region. In this role the Senior Manager will also work closely together with the other members of the PVH global tax team.
Key Responsibilities:
The main tasks and responsibilities of the Senior Manager International Tax and Transfer Pricing will include:
Support the execution of PVH’s global tax and transfer pricing strategies and processes within EMEA, in close collaboration with the global tax team.
Lead all operational transfer pricing activities in EMEA in ensuring compliance with International and local tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to assisting local finance teams with periodic intercompany pricing calculations and adjustments, monitoring and maintain accurate profits in the EMEA entities, drafting or reviewing local files and TP-specific forms and CbCR notifications.
Ensuring compliance and alignment with PVH’s global transfer pricing strategy, policies and intercompany agreements and proactively communicate findings to EMEA VP of Tax and VP of Global Transfer Pricing.
Prepare local transfer pricing documentation reports, perform comparable companies searches, conduct functional analysis interviews and prepare functional and economic transfer pricing analyses consistent with the OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
Lead the international tax and transfer pricing aspects of cross-border restructurings and new business initiatives, including drafting or reviewing legal documentation and intercompany agreements to ensure compliance with international tax and transfer pricing principles and alignment with PVH’s global tax strategy.
Manage and support tax audits across EMEA, including the preparation of defense files and controversy documentation.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the tax control framework, with a focus on international tax and transfer pricing compliance and risk management.
Support the U.S. global tax team by compiling and validating EMEA data for PVH Corp.’s annual Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and EMEA Pillar 1&2 reporting obligations in coordination with the global tax team.
Responsible for monitoring international tax and transfer pricing regulatory developments and provide the EMEA VP of Tax and VP of Global Transfer Pricing EVP with initiative-taking guidance on the consequences of these tax legislative developments and/or trends in the global market that will impact the EMEA tax/transfer pricing structure and effective tax rate.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law.
Brings at least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally a combination of international tax and transfer pricing advisory experience at a Big Four or similar consultancy and in-house corporate tax and transfer pricing roles in EMEA at publicly traded US multinationals.
Possesses extensive and strong expertise in international corporate tax and transfer pricing, with a solid understanding of cross-border tax issues and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of economic methodologies, model building and quantitative analysis.
Ability to manage and execute multiple projects in an organized manner.
Has a diligent work ethic.
Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, as well as external advisors and tax authorities.
Experienced in balancing regulatory requirements with commercial, operational, and strategic business objectives.
A hands-on, proactive, and collaborative team player, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Maintain and foster open lines of communications with US global tax/transfer pricing team.
Has excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a strong asset.
