About the role
Within Governance, Risk & Assurance, which sits within the CFO (Finance) Hub, our mission is to Support Business through profit protection and operational risk, business assurance, and controls. Its objective is to develop a clear and comprehensive overview of the risks facing PVHE and lead the assurance activities that preserve its value.
As the Travel & Expense Specialist for EMEA, you will fully support in driving the execution of the PVH travel strategy in line with organizational goals as well as owning the day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Profit Protection and operational risk, the successful candidate will be a business enabler and have the below key responsibilities.
What you'll do:
Support the creation and execution of the Global travel strategy: (in collaboration with other regions & Corporate)
Partner with global HR teams (mobility, benefits, operations, etc.), local risk teams to ensure duty of care for business travelers and deliver a best-in-class service.
Develop and update travel policies, guidelines, and procedures to align with PVH Strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Collaborate and support in any TMC onboarding, developing to meet industry standards, and help streamline processes across EMEA in line with any corporate/global direction.
Conduct vendor due diligence, performance evaluations, and contract negotiations to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with service-level agreements, with leading and coordinating European sourcing strategy for Air, Hotel, Rail & Car.
Manage our vendors and system management, e.g, Concur, Egencia (TMC), Amex, so they are integrated with PVH to support the traveler’s experience and policy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize travel processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of all travel.
Monitor and enforce compliance with travel policies, expense guidelines, and travel approval processes across the organization.
Hub support and communication with the Associate training and resolution.
Support and coordinate travel communication strategies for different communication channels such as Insider+, People Services Portal, and the Campus app.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of travel-related data, Expense management tracking, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, identify trends, risks to the business, and cost analysis.
What you'll bring:
Travel industry experience.
Strong negotiation/consensus-building skills as well as the ability to maintain flexibility and manage conflict.
Strong communication skills: ability to influence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Excellent organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
Business fluency in English; any additional European language would be considered an advantage.
