POSITION SUMMARY:
All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.
The Vice President, Quality Assurance, Product Integrity & Product Compliance, will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for defining, integrating, and operationalizing the organization’s end-to-end quality strategy across the global value chain. This role will lead all pillars of the Quality First agenda, including Brand Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Governance, Product Integrity, and Product Compliance, ensuring a consistent, consumer-centric approach to quality from product conception through delivery.
The VP will drive a proactive culture of prevention, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence by aligning cross-functional teams, regional organizations, suppliers, and external partners around a unified quality vision. This leader will establish scalable governance frameworks, strengthen risk identification and mitigation capabilities, elevate manufacturing and supplier performance, and ensure products consistently meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations across all markets.
Working closely with Product Creation, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams, the VP will translate quality strategy into measurable business outcomes, balancing brand protection, consumer trust, speed, cost, and innovation. The role requires a strategic and transformational leader who can influence globally, build high-performing teams, leverage data and quality intelligence, and embed a “quality at the source” mindset throughout the organization and partner ecosystem.
This position will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise resilience, protecting brand reputation, reducing quality-related risk, and enhancing the overall consumer experience through best-in-class quality systems, governance, and execution.
