OVERVIEW

Position Summary:

The VP, Art Director of Creative Digital is responsible for the on-brand, on-strategy execution of digital creative across all Calvin Klein global websites, emails and digital marketing.  

 

You will deliver world-class digital-first Fashion / Lifestyle content ideas and creative direction to motion, UI/eComm, eCRM, and full-funnel digital/dynamic creative.

 

This strong team leader will oversee the other members of the digital content creation team, including email designers and PDP art direction to develop quality experiences that dovetail business units' performance and brand/product messaging goals. As a leader of digital innovation, you will be instrumental in leading the business' evolution into a digital-optimized, mobile-first global presence.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision and design aesthetic for all global webstores, email, and digital marketing under the leadership of the SVP of Global Creative

Drive the achievement of creative goals and strategic solutions to meet brand, marketing and eComm sales objectives, working closely with Marketing Leads, the VP of Strategy & Innovation and the designers, producers, motion artists and content strategists on your team

Build out digital-first, mobile-first consumer touchpoints that can be adapted across all touchpoints, from digital advertising content to in-store experiential design

Be a leader in translating consumer behavior insights from the eComm and web merch team into UI/UX solutions that are responsive, intelligent and adaptive to regional webstore designs

Deliver nimble strategies for the creative execution of attractive and enticing landing page designs that guide the consumer journey through digital advertising to points of purchase on-site and externally

Presents creative concepts, strategies and work to internal and external partners

Continuously develop knowledge regarding new design trends, innovation in the creative field, customer experiences and technology

Lead the training and development of your creative team, including delivering on guidance and clear direction, problem solving and people management

Oversee the end-to-end development and completion of multi-channel digital campaigns, including being accountable to the quality of all end products, approving final eComm creative and overseeing final media channel deliveries

Act as a brand steward and ensure clear and comprehensive communication to business partners and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

15+ years of digital creative direction experience within the fashion/lifestyle space

Must have strong managerial/leadership competencies and experience, and a proven ability to inspire and nurture individual talents within a collaborative environment

Progressive, cutting edge creative background

Extensive experience working with graphic designers, front-end designers, motion artists/animators and eComm analysts/digital marketers in a creative-driven culture


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

Must be driven by a responsive, mobile-first design philosophy and have expansive knowledge in the implementation of modular templates that are both beautiful and functional for global content consumption and user flow experience, working across different platforms

Must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, with an ability to create outstanding work with high energy and maintaining positive morale

Extraordinary attention to detail and understanding of the CALVIN KLEIN aesthetic

Excellent communication, written verbal and presentation skills

Must be a good listener, and have the ability to influence others

Must have a strong desire to continually bring creative and cultural innovation to the process

Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency

Ability to lead, inspire and manage teams

Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines

Ability to navigate complexity

Sophisticated understanding and proficiency of Sketch, InDesign, CSS, HTML, Figma

Pay Range:$225,000 - $280,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
