The Team

Global Product Marketing

We’re not just storytellers: we’re story thinkers and story builders. Guided by this principle, we fuse product and narrative, crafting content that resonates deeply with consumers. Developing best-in-class product marketing initiatives that provide for impactful, global product storytelling, our aim is to build commercial value around our brand’s key product programs.

As editorial arbiters of how product can spark content, we govern storytelling by embracing collaboration, fostering an environment where both creativity and commerce thrive.

Owning the full product-to-content cycle, our mission is to inspire and convert, shaping the seasonal product direction through sharp planning, a deep connection to the collections and meticulously strategic product storytelling.

Our team of 15 associates is split into 3 pillars:

Product Marketing – Deep specialists who continuously research, design and implement new standards in product storytelling, the Product Marketing team play a pivotal role in shaping how Tommy’s best products are positioned, launched, and promoted in the market, combining strategic insight with creative execution to deliver value to both the business and our consumers.

Editorial & Content – Rooted in a creative core, the content team develops and owns the brand’s tone-of-voice and messaging strategies, ideates campaign concepts with the art direction team and wireframes best-practice content strategy.

Go To Market – Working with merchandizing counterparts, the Go To Market team develops seasonal Commercial Plans, combining commercial merchandising priorities with editorial marketing strategies as well as driving clear, curated product assortments and supporting on product launches at both sell-in and sell-out moments.

The Position

As a Content Editor, you combine editorial excellence, product obsession and outstanding creative and communication skills. You constantly learn about our consumers and competition to develop product storytelling that delivers the ultimate consumer experience and achieves the department’s objectives and product KPIs.

You play a pivotal role in executing our editorial calendar and product storytelling on a global scale, adding value by defining and maintaining communication excellence across all consumer-facing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Storytelling: Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to identify and communicate key seasonal product stories that will resonate with consumers globally.

  • Editorial Excellence: Execute against the brand’s global editorial strategy, ensuring maximum global relevance across our full marketing ecosystem. Roll out our seasonal messaging approach across relevant global touchpoints.

  • Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in brand voice across all written content, while adapting the tone and style to suit different platforms and target audiences.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with Merchandising, Commercial Leads, and relevant Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and compelling product marketing experience at every consumer touchpoint.      

Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years’ experience in a global editorial or creative marketing role, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand, or an agency serving such clients

  • Demonstrable editorial vision, and genuine interest in pursuing copy excellence

  • Exceptional creative copywriting skills

  • Able to liaise closely and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization with confidence and credibility

  • Strong aesthetic eye and taste level. Strict attention to detail is a must

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Outstanding communicator, able to define and clearly articulate vision and strategy from associate base to boardroom

  • Tons of energy and a great team spirit are a must

  • Native-level proficiency in English is required
