POSITION SUMMARY:

ABOUT THNY CREATIVE STUDIO:

The THNY Creative Studio is a full-service, in-house integrated creative agency, supporting marketing and communications initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, The Americas.

The Studio Team is responsible for all areas of creative development and execution across all marketing channels supporting the E-commerce, Wholesale, Company Stores (Outlet) and Adaptive business.

ABOUT POSITION:

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing the TH brand to life across a variety of digital and E-commerce platforms. This role will focus on designing assets for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) campaigns, E-commerce content (including homepage refreshes, landing pages, and capsule takeovers), email marketing, social media, and paid media. The ideal candidate will have a sharp understanding of digital commerce design, with the ability to create elevated, conversion-driven experiences that are cohesive across channels. They should be fluent in tools like Figma, possess a strong grasp of UX/UI principles, and have a keen eye for detail across desktop and mobile. A collaborative mindset and prior in-house experience at a elevated fashion or retail brand are essential.
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce high-quality digital design assets across multiple touchpoints
  • Assist creative leads in developing and executing content across E-commerce site experiences, marketing emails, and digital campaigns (including homepage refreshes, capsule launches, and landing pages)
  • Support pre- and post-production of various digital initiatives
  • Assist with multiple digital design projects in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment
  • Create visually striking E-commerce assets that enhance the user journey, incorporating best practices in UX/UI, mobile optimization, and conversion-focused design
  • Support the conception and creation of digital ad products, including video, display, and rich media ads
  • Bring new ideas for digital design and content creation to the team, with a strong understanding of social-first content, motion graphics, photography, and typography
  • Offer thoughtful and brand-relevant creative solutions to briefs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines across various E-commerce and marketing projects
  • Translate business requirements into clean, user-centric digital designs and contribute to the development of scalable design systems and templates (especially in Figma)
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital commerce, UX/UI, and platform-specific best practices for fashion E-commerce
  • Respond and adapt quickly to creative feedback across iterations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align digital design with brand, marketing, and retail merchandising strategies across consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone across all digital executions
  • Work closely with project managers and producers for timely delivery of updates and assets
  • Communicate design intent clearly, with the ability to receive and act on cross-functional feedback

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures projects stay within agreed upon budgets and creatively problem solves with cross-functional teams as needed. 

DECISION MAKING:

Determines appropriate vendors to use based on project scope in partnership with Senior Director and Senior Producer. Determines appropriate creative team assignees based on expertise and workload. Prioritizes designer workload based on project schedules and business importance. Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines.  RE-commerceends and continually updates procedures to improve operational efficiency.

ENVIRONMENT:

Fluid environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Willing to work occasional nights and weekends. Must be available for occasional travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:     

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital or E-commerce designer at a fashion or retail brand
  • In-house or agency experience working on digital campaigns for E-commerce businesses is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch with experience building out responsive E-commerce pages, templates, and component-based systems
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for both desktop and mobile
  • Excellent layout and typographic skills, especially for digital-first designs
  • Solid understanding of specs for digital assets across E-commerce, email, and paid channels
  • Strong communicator with ability to clearly present digital design concepts
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across design and E-commerce teams
  • Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS, animation tools, or motion graphics a plus
  • Experience designing for platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines and frequent creative feedback cycles
  • Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative with a strong eye for brand storytelling through digital channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI, Marketing, or a related field preferred (portfolio required)
  • A strong sense of design aesthetic with expert-level layout and type skills, especially within the digital and E-commerce landscape
  • Experience working closely with studio and editorial photography
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch; After Effects and motion design tools are a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices in E-commerce UX and DTC marketing
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate brand identity into digital experiences
  • Strong cross-functional communication with E-commerce, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams
  • Ability to manage and deliver against multiple digital timelines simultaneously
  • Customer-first thinking with attention to the user experience
  • Capable of concepting and designing multiple iterations with minimal direction
  • Aware of digital design trends, mobile-first thinking, and industry innovations
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in fast-paced environments
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Strong verbal and visual communicator with confidence presenting to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships

Pay Range:---
