The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position
Reporting to the Manager Business Analysis Wholesale, the Junior Business Analyst will support the wholesale commercial finance team across the Region accountable for combining financial and market data to create better insight in business performance and opportunities.
Support in running the forecasting and budget process and consolidating the local market figures to provide the Wholesale overview for the Hub
Work to identify ways to streamline wholesale financial reporting and make the preparation of such reports more efficient
Partner with Wholesale Operations to manage, forecast and reach sales target, identifying potential risks and opportunities for revenue growth
Support financial and operational projects in place within the business by being the key finance stakeholder on a variety of wholesale projects across Hub
Monitoring sales campaign and analyze trends and Kpi by countries / channels
Partner with key stakeholders across the Hub to understand their financial reporting needs
Responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.
Work closely with the Wholesale department in providing the relevant financial information to support their key strategic initiatives
Measures of Success
Forecasting Accuracy: Accuracy of budget and forecast submissions for main KPIs (Net Sales, Dilution/MD%)
Reporting Timeliness & Quality: Delivery of recurring financial and performance reports within deadlines and with high level of accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectiveness in supporting teams with financial insights and reporting receiving positive feedback from the internal stakeholders and driving action plans to support growth and efficiencies
The Ideal Candidate
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Economics
Ideally 1/2 years of previous experience as Controller or Business Analyst in a structured and fast paced environment
Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills
SAP FMS and SAP Analysis experienced is a plus
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Positive and proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Honest, trustworthy, team player and able to positively interact with stakeholders
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, data visualization) to support business decision-making and enhance efficiency
