The Team

This role sits in the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the brand strategy and creative content for Tommy Hilfiger globally. Within that sits our Creative Direction team which is made up of Art Directors and Designers. This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. It is a brief-driven organization that executes against the TH Global Brand Playbook for all projects and campaigns. It also acts as a key contributor and guardian to those guidelines.

The Position

As part of the design function, the Manager, Brand Design brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life by building visual assets and graphic designs. Using the latest techniques and tooling it develops and executes a wide variety of creative output for differing usages across multiple channels including E-Commerce, digital marketing, social media, online advertising, retail, events, campaign and more. It will also help build internal style guides and seasonal templates to ensure visual standards. Finally, the role will work closely with the Senior Director, Creative Direction, and any external resources to help approve graphic design work and ensure technical and aesthetic requirements are met. It also helps review new processes proposed by the Senior Director, that scale design production and adaptive take-downs. Whilst the role has no people management responsibility, it is the most senior designer in the team and mentors others to accurately execute the operational plan and creative vision of the Senior Director, Creative Direction.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Concept, build, and deliver graphic design projects across seasonal, commercial, and always-on initiatives as allocated by the Operations team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in E-Commerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Social Media to create and adapt assets across platforms (e.g. homepages, emailers, banners, social crops, albums, etc.) in accordance with channel needs.
  • Design and build CRM assets in alignment with wireframes and strategic goals, ensuring responsiveness and brand consistency.
  • Support 360 marketing initiatives with research, layouts, and internal presentations, demonstrating creative ownership across all phases of execution.
  • Deliver best-in-class technical specs and visual standards to stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Act as a brand guardian across graphic design outputs, ensuring creative consistency with the TH Global Brand Playbook and Senior Director, Creative Direction’s vision—approaching this through mentorship and support, not gatekeeping.
  • Deputize for the Senior Director, Creative Direction on all things Design during their absence.
  • Contribute to the evolution of tools, workflows, and templating systems proposed by leadership by offering hands-on design insight and proposing scalable solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong track record of creative execution in fashion or a similarly fast-paced, visual industry.
  • Deep working knowledge of design and animation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and After Effects.
  • University or Engineering degree required.
  • Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility, brand awareness, and ability to elevate commercial visuals to creative storytelling.
  • Works independently and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define new procedures and offer scalable design solutions.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and guide junior team members as a subject matter expert.
  • Comfortable operating without day-to-day supervision while contributing to cross-functional projects and mentoring others.
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
  • Indexes strongly in the listed PVH Leadership Behaviors.
  • A portfolio of previous work is required to support any application.
