  • Draw up and execute sales plans and action plans, and report to the supervisor

  • Take initiative to share the objectives and clear goals with the stores and related departments.

  • Work closely with related departments to evolve around Brand Strategy and execute.

  • Propose the store events to improve brand recognition. (Brand awareness)

  • Always consider the future to place the right people in the right job which includes new grads and mid-career staff.

  • Always keep in mind that teamwork is the most important and maintain high motivation.

  • Accompany and participate in meeting with business partners, staff interviews, and staff meetings with your staff (manager), and become a role model.

  • Take an initiative of TEAM building in order to spare the importance of TEAMWORK (Eradicate harassment)

  • Create a POSITIVE environment where every staff member can take a moment to perform their best for other staff as well as the organization.

  • Lead the team in one direction and share the information often.
