The Team 

Within the Calvin Klein Marketing department, our role is to adapt the Global Marketing strategy to the EMEA context. We enhance consumer engagement in O&O stores, drive awareness and sales across wholesale and pure players, build brand desirability, and accelerate Calvin Klein’s integrated media ambitions, ensuring alignment with PVH’s overarching goals and objectives. This team is a key pillar of our department, collaborating closely with Hubs, eCommerce, Global Marketing, and Buying to drive EMEA marketing strategy, digital sales, brand alignment, and product messaging forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success. 

 

The Position 

As Manager Wholesale Marketing, you will be crucial to the Marketing team. You will drive brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement for wholesale partners, translating global content guidelines and strategies into market-relevant materials to delight consumers. You will work closely with Global CK, Hubs, Wholesale, Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing campaigns are telling a consistent CK brand story that translates into commercial effectiveness. This role is vital for achieving EMEA Marketing objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the CK brand. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing strategy: Execute wholesale marketing campaigns aligned to the regional strategy and consistent with Calvin Klein EMEA’s business goals. 

  • POS asset adaptation: Adapt wholesale global campaign toolkits and marketing assets for the EMEA region, turning them into channel-appropriate POS solutions that reflect regional requirements and commercial priorities. 

  • Regional alignment: Coordinate with Hub wholesale marketing teams, ensuring cross-Hub consistency in brand messaging and positioning.  

  • Campaign development: Lead the execution of wholesale POS marketing campaigns in EMEA, coordinating with GTM Planning & Content and Commercial Strategy - Media teams to align on campaign logistics and ensure consistent brand messaging.  

  • Campaign performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights and ROI metrics. Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. 

  • Leadership reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Manager POS DTC & Wholesale Marketing on key marketing performance indicators and business impact. 

  • Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.     

 

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. 

  

Measures of Success 

  • Revenue: campaign ROI, increased revenue, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost 

  • Brand awareness: high levels of brand awareness, brand engagement and retention 

  • Traffic & engagement: high levels of traffic, engagement, acquisition and conversion across channels 

 The Ideal Candidate

  • 7-10 years of experience within a wholesale marketing function, for a global retail organization  

  • Deep understanding of the wholesale landscape, including regional market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. 

  • Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously 

  • Strong understanding of how to manage and grow a brand consistently across all touchpoints. Ability to maintain the brand voice, identity, and positioning across various channels and mediums. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and measurement  

  • Experience driving ROI positive campaigns  

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally 

  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.  

  • Fluency in English  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
