The Team
The Digital Wholesale Selling, Go-To-Market & Operations team is dedicated to creating a globally aligned, digitally empowered, and customer-centric wholesale ecosystem across HQ, hubs and regional markets (NA, EMEA and APAC). Our mission is to seamlessly integrate strategy, transformation, innovation, and operational excellence by managing digital tools, optimizing wholesale partner and associate experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform wholesale excellence. Through close collaboration with global and regional brand teams, senior leadership and IT, the team delivers best-in-class digital solutions (e.g. Digital Showroom, Prana, Self-service reordering, EDI), and streamlined go-to-market processes, to establish new industry standards and support PVHE’s largest revenue base, driving long-term growth and success for both brands and their partners.
The WHS Excellence team, is sitting within the Digital Wholesale Selling, Go-To-Market & Operations team, is driving alignment across regions and hubs to elevate the partner experience, strategy, and execution. By unifying the digital selling strategy across processes, data, and product, we ensure consistency and scalability that strengthen PVH’s global wholesale journey.

The Position
As Senior Specialist Commercial Strategy & Analytics, you will drive the analytical and strategic backbone of Wholesale Excellence across regions and brands. Combining strong technical capabilities with commercial acumen, you will leverage tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python to generate deep visibility into customer landscapes and build scalable data structures that enable smarter decision-making. Acting as a data-driven strategist, you will challenge current practices, uncover growth opportunities, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure Wholesale Excellence initiatives are aligned, impactful, and embedded into broader commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure, analyze, and visualize customer landscape data using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making.
Leverage advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python) to build scalable data structures and contribute to the setup of data lakes, enabling deeper insights and improved commercial decision-making.
Investigate & analyze customer setups in the hubs and partner with stakeholders to propose better commercial setups, e.g., Consignment.
Translate complex customer, commercial, and data-derived insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations to support leadership in making informed, data-backed decisions.
Partner with product teams to drive visibility into customer landscapes, exposing gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities that directly enable smarter sales strategies.
Act as a commercially minded analytical strategist—challenging existing practices, identifying improvement areas, and proposing data-driven enhancements that strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
Build strong cross-functional collaboration to align Wholesale Excellence initiatives across regions and brands, ensuring data-driven insights are embedded into commercial processes.
Close collaboration with the Wholesale Excellence Digital Strategy team to ensure customer insights are fed into portfolio decisions and elevated into strategic business priorities.

Continual enhancements to analytics, frameworks, and processes demonstrate sustained impact, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience in wholesale, commercial strategy, sales excellence, or digital transformation, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python, including the ability to structure, analyze, and visualize complex customer and commercial data.
Experience contributing to or setting up scalable data structures or data lakes, and strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Demonstrated ability to challenge existing commercial practices, identify improvement opportunities, and drive adoption of data-driven recommendations.
Capability to translate complex technical or analytical insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
