About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Learning and Development, Core Capabilities and Growth, will be a key member of the Global Talent Development team, responsible for the creation and activation of global training strategies for functional and technical learning. The aim is build and strengthen core capabilities in our growth areas in functions and roles that sit within General Manager, Merchandising, Planning, and E-Commerce. This role will have the ability to collaborate globally to ensure skill and competency-based learning specific to department needs are established and delivered via hybrid and multi-learning methods.
The Senior Manager will work with senior level cross-functional business partners within the domain to define future state systems and processes, evaluate business impact, assess training needs, design training strategy, guide creation of individual programs, and lead program facilitation and deployment of the strategy, based on scope of deployment.
The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and build strong partnerships with key mid and senior level stakeholders across TPG, Business Process, Change Management and global brands. This person will support creation of end-to-end processes, will identify key points of system connectivity, and will lead delivery and execution.
What You'll Do:
· Develop and execute capability-centered training strategies, inclusive of measurement strategy
· Responsible for training strategy, design & program development to align to organizational needs to drive adoption
· Identify skills and capabilities needed within functional training scope, assess change impacts and user knowledge gaps, define and design training curriculum, lead direct reports to create realistic training modules, both self-directed eLearnings and in-person workshops and related materials to support implementation and adoption
· Partner with Change Lead to act as a change liaison for the program, and anticipate and identify potential change / OE needs from the business
· Develop thorough and effective training communication and materials to socialize and engage directly with business leaders and attendees.
· Develop and facilitate effective end user training (classroom, virtual) in addition to conceptualizing and generating eLearning content
· Define and oversee timeline for training design, development, and delivery
· Build strong partnerships with key mid and senior level cross-functional partners
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in creating training program strategy, design, development and implementation
· 5+ years of experience in skills, capability, of function-specific training program development
· 5+ years of experience facilitating classroom and virtual training sessions
· Managing global training projects and programs with multiple senior level stakeholders
· Evaluating training effectiveness measures
· Experienced instructional designer, experience with EasyGenerator and Articulate preferred
· Experience in retail or wholesale environment preferred
· Experience in consulting or advising a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Organization Effectiveness, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or I/O preferred; Master’s degree preferred
Skills:
· Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong indirect influence skills and effective executive presence
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong retail business acumen
· Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
· Broad knowledge of content authoring tools and effective deployment programs
· Highly proficient in LMS management (Workday Learning preferred)
· Extremely detail oriented, yet highly flexible
· Strong time management and prioritization capabilities
· Excellent planning and organizational skills

Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
