We want to lead our business, and the fashion industry, into a more responsible future. Motivated by our Forward Fashion strategy, we’re working to reduce our organizations negative impacts to zero, increase our positive impacts to 100%, and improve one million lives in our value chain.  

Alongside our powerhouse brands of TOMMY HILFIGER and Calvin Klein, we’re already bringing these commitments to life. In 2020, we launched Make it Possible, TOMMY HILFIGER’S sustainability program, powered by PVH’s ForwardFashion strategy, with 24 initial environmental and social sustainability targets towards 2030. As part of our commitments to a more circular future of fashion, TOMMY also launched Tommy For Life, a circular business model that takes used and damaged TOMMY HILFIGER clothes and upcycles them into brand new collections, extending the life of the products. Work is also underway on Calvin Klein’s sustainability program!

In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched our Talent Broker program, allowing us to utilize the transferrable skills of our associates to fill critical resource gaps across the business. We couldn’t be more proud of how our teams adapted so quickly and so seamlessly during such a challenging period, collaborating with a broader segment of the company and picking up a lot of new skills on the way. It’s an incredible showcase of their talent and dedication, proving that at PVH Corp., we’re only as good as the amazing people who work here.
