The Assistant Merchandiser for Wholesale will be responsible for supporting the TH Off Price channel and will support the Off Price Merchandiser for Men’s, Accessories, and Costco working closely with sales, design, and production to deliver brand right product at competitive prices and deliver on internal margin goals seasonally. They will have oversight from Range Plan hand off, up to buy placement. They will have a strong focus on data, sample management, and Pre / Post Market Material maintenance to ensure a smooth product life cycle and clear and timely communication to all cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Sample management for all Off Price Men’s and Accessories
  • Create monthly competitive analysis presentations with in-store comp shopping
  • Support Off Price Merchandiser with creation of all Pre-Market sell-in materials and meetings:
    • Creating and maintaining Line lists including costing, style information, and late adds
    • Creating and maintaining dynamic assortment decks to highlight product attributes
    • Creating and maintaining color swatch library of current and future seasons.
    • Support in showroom set up and maintenance
    • Support in Line Adoption with sales to educate the team on total line offering, product details, and costing.
    • Attend Proto and create clear and consistent recaps of product updates to ensure timely follow up and accuracy
  • Manage all Post – Market materials:
    • Final Buy Cad Sheets
    • Final Buy Recaps
    • Projection hindsight

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • 1-2 years of merchandising or retail buying experience
  • Passion for product and fashion
  • Ability to multi- task in fast paced environment
  • Highly organized & possess excellent analytical acumen
  • Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to work in complex excel files
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.  Must learn internal systems both current and future systems
  • Proactive, self-starter, hard-working, and determined
  • Ability to find answers through alternate means when not provided directly
  • Be a trusted and reliable member of the Merchandising Team
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal oriented
  • Willingness to take on other merchandising responsibilities not directly outlined here and willing to support all areas of the business.
  • Highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
