The Team
The Digital Transformation team’s mission is to lead large-scale improvements to digital tools and processes and to drive the adoption of new ways of working across Commercial Operations. This team serves as the backbone of the department, collaborating closely with the wider Commercial Operations team, sales channels, Global / EMEA IT, hubs and HR to secure the adoption and upskilling of key transformation initiatives across all Commercial Operations, ensuring maximal impact of strategic initiatives. This team’s strategic position in the Commercial Operations team contributes significantly to the overall department's operational efficiency, strategic growth and overall success.
The Position
The Change Manager will serve as the change lead on strategic and cross-functional transformation projects across Commercial Operations, managing end‑to‑end change delivery to ensure successful adoption and business readiness. This role requires expertise in change management methods, communication tactics, training methodology, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Digital Transformation, the Change Manager will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to drive the people side of change and contribute to the development of new standards, processes, and best practices within the Digital Transformation discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management: Manage and lead the design, planning, and execution of the change strategy for assigned projects, ensuring clear alignment to business objectives. Monitor and measure adoption, business readiness, and change effectiveness; course-correct when needed. This includes training and upskilling needs.
Communications: Develop and implement engaging communications across multiple channels, to convey the 'why, what and how' of strategic initiatives to inspire and motivate associates to deliver and adopt these initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels to gain alignment and support for change initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external experts to stay informed of industry trends and leading practices in change management and transformation. Advise project managers and sponsors on change implications, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Center of Excellence Development: Contribute to the design, improvement, and standardization of change management methodologies, tools, and templates. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the change management discipline and broader transformation team.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of related work experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development roles.
Demonstrated experience implementing change for small to medium-scale projects.
Strong understanding of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) and practical application across multiple environments.
Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems with good judgment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply, and clearly, using different communication tools and techniques effectively based on audience group
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Bachelors' degree in relevant subject preferred
