Position Summary:

The Analyst candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive insights and improve operational efficiency. The associate will play a crucial role in analyzing product data adherence and accuracy, SMS attribution, delivery and digital asset readiness. The benefits of these improvements will help the Global Operations organization ensures on time Global Market showroom set up, purchase order and digital showroom readiness. Strong working relationships with key cross functional teams including Global design, supply, merchandising and marketing at all levels of the organization are necessary to perform these goals.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job

  • Measure data accuracy and adherence at specific milestones.
  • Monitor data changes post milestones and report to the business on changes.
  • Leverage actionable reporting practices to develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure SMS attribution compliance and on time execution.
  • Monitor SMS delivery for photography and 3D asset development for digital selling.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and highlights key exceptions to guide stakeholder actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, recommending adjustments, as necessary.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst or merchandising.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Proficient in using excel for analysis and reporting with ability to collect streams of data from multiple external sources.
  • Ability to work in demanding environment, multi-task and identify and shift priorities quickly.
  • Capable of communicating effectively and performing in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across multiple levels of the organization

Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
