Position Summary:

The Director of Business Transformation for the Asia Pacific region will lead and manage delivery of strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth across the APAC region.  This role requires a leader with a strong understanding of the retail business, digital transformation, and change management.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement transition and change plans aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, ensuring streamlined operations across merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and retail. Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the success of transformation initiatives.

Project Management

Lead initiatives to integrate new processes, organizations and technologies as aligned with strategic plans.

Change Management

Design and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with functional leadership to ensure smooth execution and support for transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain support and drive transformation efforts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within the retail industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of the apparel retail sector, particularly within the APAC market.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience with digital technologies and e-commerce strategies in retail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

Typically 8-15 years of related experience

Education:

Bachelor Degree Required
