The Team
This role sits in the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the marketing strategy and delivers all creative content for Tommy Hilfiger globally. It is made up of Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Direction, Operations & PVH Studios pillars. The Creative Direction pillar is the function which set the creative vision for Tommy Hilfiger’s global brand content. It’s the creative unit which determines on how we show-up to the consumer and is a key function in bringing to life the TH Global Brand Playbook.
Position summary
The Director Styling is crucial for setting the styling vision for the Tommy Hilfiger brand on a global scale. This role will ensure creative consistency and elevation of the work of all of our styling & product marketing teams. The Director Styling will develop, oversee and implement the Global Brand Styling Direction for Tommy Hilfiger, in close partnership with our Chief Design Officer and Chief Product Officer. The role effectively balances commercial and brand considerations in making sure the brand elevates itself to the affordable luxury space and consistency to inspire our consumers
Styling is a key element within the Tommy Hilfiger brand expression and drives consumer engagement & elevates the consumer experience, which is are key pillars of the PVH+ Plan. In this role you scale brand styling across a wide range of channels, from .Com to Tier 1 & Tier 2 campaigns as well as sell-in materials.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Lead styling direction for ‘On-Model’ and ‘Still-Life’ imagery against brand standards
Own ALL styling output with accountability for outfit composition and product display
Build, Manage and Lead freelance Styling talent pool to drive elevated imagery against global guidelines
Continually improve aesthetic standard alongside Sr. Director Creative Direction
Develop and Maintain brand styling guidelines to ensure brand elevation and alignment to campaigns and Brand moments
Connect with product divisions to analyse consumer style trends and data to inform creative decision.
Develop, test and implement new scalable styling and outfitting processes
Attend seasonal divisional briefings to understand and translate styling themes and key looks
Consistently review shoot practices to drive efficiencies against the quality-bar.
Role model, the PVH Leadership Behaviors, along with inclusive and adaptive leadership
Fully owns the operational process, defines and measures KPI’s.
Expert in managing priorities and setting boundaries to safe health and wellbeing for self and others
The Ideal Candidate
15+ years of experience in Styling roles within premium or lifestyle fashion brands, with a strong portfolio that resonates with contemporary, fashion-conscious consumers.
Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives across multi-channel platforms, including .Com, campaigns, and sell-in materials.
7+ years of managerial experience, with a track record of leading and inspiring creative teams, managing freelance talent pools, and setting clear priorities for efficient, high-quality output.
Experienced in developing and scaling global styling processes, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with brand elevation goals.
Strong skills in managing priorities and expectations across all levels, with the ability to set boundaries while maintaining a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Effective communicator with proven experience managing upwards, downwards, and laterally, engaging with senior leadership, teams, and external partners to translate business goals into creative styling directions.
Analytical mindset to interpret consumer trends and data to inform styling decisions while maintaining alignment with divisional briefings and key looks.
Fluent in English, with strong supplier and stakeholder management abilities, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
