TH Director Partner Programme The Team Within the eCommerce team, our mission is to enhance the customer experience, drive best site experience and develop brand aligned site merchandising to deliver on the overall sales strategy. This position's team serves as the backbone of the eCommerce team, responsible for trading and merchandising the online website to drive sales and conversion. The team collaborates closely with the wider TH teams and central PVH teams to drive strategic alignment and commercial performance. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department’s overall success and strategic growth. The Position As Director Partner Programme (PP) Tommy Hilfiger (TH), you will be crucial to eCommerce’s Partner Programme success. You will develop and execute the PP strategy, ensure brand participation in PP events, manage strategic partner relations and manage the PP buys to ensure products remain relevant and visible on our PP platforms. These activities are vital for achieving the overall TH eCommerce strategy. Your work will be key to commercial success and consumer relevance and will support the TH eCommerce team success. Key Responsibilities: Partnership strategies: develop and execute partnership strategies to drive commercial performance, in alignment with the TH eCommerce strategy and wholesale strategy for our key partners Partner relationships: manage key strategic partner relationships to ensure mutually beneficial long-term collaboration and capturing of new opportunities Manage PP buys: sign off the PP buys in alignment with the buying and planning teams, platforms and wholesale teams Product data: onboard product data and content in time for product launch on our platforms Product visibility: manage product visibility on our partner platforms through overperforming on the agreed SLA’s ensuring our products remain relevant and visible Collaborate across the department: collaborate internally with marketing, ecommerce, buying and planning, wholesale and finance departments for maximum impact and internal alignment Commercial success: monitor, report on and deliver PP commercial performance demonstrating alignment with overall strategy Onboarding: conduct product, campaign and new partner onboarding Events: ensure participation in the PP events to drive commercial success • Team management: lead and mentor a small team of PP professionals, providing managerial support and leadership to the team, giving guidance and direction to enable them to best deliver the task they are responsible for • Measures of Success • Partner revenue and growth: high and increasing levels of partner driven revenue, positive and increasing sales growth per partner and high average order value from partners • Partner acquisition and retention: high numbers of active partners, partner retention and satisfaction • Partner onboarding: low partner onboarding time • ROI: positive ROI on maintaining the programme vs revenue generated Requirements • Communication skills: advanced ability to clearly convey information both written and orally with executive internal stakeholders and senior external stakeholders, requiring negotiation of critical and complex matters • Leadership & management: 5+ years leading a team, providing stewardship, guidance and support • Problem solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required • Partner programme expertise: at least 10 years’ experience leading Partner Programmes with fashion (or similar) retailers, driving high revenue from partners and an excellent partner experience • Commercial accumen: strong commercial skills with advanced ability to develop commercial strategies, use data analysis to draw meaningful insights and take commercial decisions on the basis of these • Stakeholder management skills: strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization. Being able to explain the importance of the programme and its opportunities within the organization as well as building strong relationships with senior stakeholders at our partner platforms.
