POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Stores -Tommy Hilfiger North America Retail and the Senior Vice President, Strategy – Americas. The Executive Assistant provides executive support where needed and special projects when directed. The Executive Assistant must be highly detailed oriented, creative, able to interact with executive and senior leadership, and enjoy working within a large, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. This person should be a team player with strong self-awareness and solid judgment. The ideal individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, proactive, and strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. They must be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and work independently on projects, handling confidential matters with discretion, and a strong team player.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments for two SVPs
  • Ability to flex between multiple office locations
  • Complete expense reports and coordinate meeting requests
  • Manage the PVH Americas calendar and consolidate calendars across CK, TH, Corporate, and other divisions as required
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex itineraries and agendas
  • Assist in day-to-day functions including travel coordination, communication, presentation deck development, and multi-tasking
  • Schedule meetings, prepare A/V equipment, virtual meeting coordination, secure materials, and arrange catering
  • Support the executive and senior leadership team in driving new operating models and heavy calendar management.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents for future reference
  • Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide support during board and management meetings
  • Communicate directly with the office of the CEO and build strong partnerships with ELT, SLT, and C-suite assistants
  • Must proactively manage relationships as well as be a liaison with leaders such as Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate, Regional Field Leaders, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, as well as store teams.
  • Lead national and regional conference logistics and budget management
  • Coordinate larger executive meetings and appointments
  • Update field and store alignment in corporate applications
  • Run select executive reports
  • Manage and prioritize communication flow for SVPs
  • Create, format, and edit correspondence and presentations with precision
  • Follow up on projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Process invoices and generate seasonal or quarterly reconciliation reports
  • Maintain Business Continuity Plan and order office supplies
  • Facilitate new employee equipment and desk setups when necessary
  • Work independently on assigned projects and take on any miscellaneous tasks when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a retail field environment
  • PMO / Project Manager mindset and experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with online meeting software, video conferencing, and remote meeting setup
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a desire to maintain schedule, filing systems and calendar
  • Strong sense of urgency; strong prioritization & follow-up skills
  • Excellent at handling changing priorities; multi-tasking and working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must be proactive and resourceful with all tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Responsible for ensuring the right meetings are prioritized to best support the business by managing two senior leaders’ calendars and travel schedules
  • Must be creative and resourceful when it comes to scheduling or re-scheduling travel arrangements, meeting times, and/or locations
  • Highly deadline-driven environment

Pay Range:$80,150---$113,700

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
