  • Training Program Development: Design and support VM training initiatives for Brand Experience Managers within Hub teams. Focus on enhancing capability and consistency in visual merchandising across EMEA Wholesale.

  • Visual Merchandising Communication: Ensure clear and timely dissemination of VM communication materials. Adapt global content to meet regional needs, enhancing comprehension and adoption across diverse markets.

  • Retail Team Collaboration: Partner with Hub VM and Wholesale teams to refine visual merchandising strategies that support commercial objectives. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to elevate in-store product presentation.

  • VM Standards Definition: Define and evolve VM standards for the Wholesale channel across EMEA. Ensure consistent brand representation and execution quality across all hubs.

  • Campaign & Initiative Analysis: Assess VM campaign performance and execution impact through data analysis and store feedback. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share insights to inform future strategy.

  • Refinement of strategy: Collaborate with Global and Buying teams to adapt and refine global VM strategies for the Wholesale context. Ensure regional relevance while maintaining brand consistency and commercial alignment.

Measures of Success

  • Campaign execution and timeliness: High on-time execution rate of seasonal VM campaigns and promotional rollouts across Wholesale stores, aligned with regional calendars and global direction.

  • Sales impact and conversion uplift: Positive correlation between VM initiatives and uplift in key trading KPIs including conversion rate, basket size, and sell-through of featured products.

  • Visual compliance and consistency: High visual merchandising compliance scores across Wholesale network based on store visit audits, VM checklists, and photographic reporting.

  • Speed to floor: Reduced lead time from delivery of VM assets to full implementation in-store, ensuring fast impact of seasonal and promotional messaging.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion retail, with a strong focus on Wholesale environments and visual merchandising execution across varied store formats.

  • Proven track record in leading seasonal campaigns and creative projects, from concept through to in-store implementation.

  • Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Retail, and Creative teams across regions.

  • Strong understanding of how visual merchandising drives traffic and sales, with a commercially focused mindset.

  • Excellent visual and design sensibility with the ability to translate creative direction into clear in-store execution.

  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project tools such as Trello or Asana.
