About the Role:
The Global Travel Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of PVH's Global Travel Program. This role provides operational and administrative support by coordinating travel-related processes, managing invoices and direct billing, maintaining travel records, supporting hotel and supplier programs, monitoring policy compliance, and serving as a key liaison between associates, the Travel Management Company (TMC), and internal business partners. The Global Travel Coordinator helps ensure an efficient travel experience while supporting the execution of the Company's global travel policies and procedures.
What You will Do:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for the Global Travel Program.
Support compliance with corporate travel policies and procedures by reviewing travel requests and identifying exceptions for escalation.
Coordinate the processing and reconciliation of travel-related invoices, including American Express statements, hotel meeting cards, and ghost card transactions.
Assist with the administration of hotel direct bill accounts and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain accurate records of travel transactions, invoices, approvals, and supporting documentation.
Monitor the Global Travel mailbox, responding to inquiries or routing requests to the appropriate resource.
Coordinate with the Travel Management Company (TMC) to ensure travel reservations align with company policies and preferred supplier agreements.
Assist with hotel RFP administration by maintaining documentation and supporting the annual hotel sourcing process.
Coordinate and manage group travel reservations as requested.
Prepare monthly travel reports, invoice summaries, and other operational reports to support the Global Travel Program.
Assist in monitoring preferred hotel and airline utilization and identify trends for review by the Head of Global Travel.
Review travel bookings for policy compliance, including use of preferred suppliers and lowest logical airfare.
Coordinate travel approval requests that require additional authorization in accordance with company policy.
Support administration of corporate ghost cards, hotel meeting cards, and direct billing processes.
Monitor after-hours travel activity.
Maintain travel-related forms, procedures, and reference materials to ensure information remains current.
Stay informed of travel industry updates and share relevant information with the Global Travel team.
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment of travel-related invoices.
Provide courteous and timely support to associates regarding travel policies, procedures, and travel-related questions.
Assist with special projects and other administrative assignments as requested.
What You will Bring:
4+ years of experience in corporate travel, travel coordination, travel administration, or a related administrative role.
Experience working with a Travel Management Company (TMC) preferred.
Knowledge of corporate travel policies and travel booking processes.
Familiarity with international travel regulations and documentation requirements.
Experience processing invoices, reconciliations, expense management, or direct billing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with travel management and expense systems (e.g., Concur) preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Pay Range:$64,900---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
