POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the Integrated Business Planning team within APAC Operations to drive Operational Excellence and Efficiency by strengthening cost & profit visibility, planning cadence, calendar alignment, and process optimization. The internship focuses on data processing, analytics, and calendar optimization, providing exposure to how planning milestones support cost, pricing, and margin visibility across the seasonal calendar. The intern will contribute to a structured project, working closely with the line manager(s), and gain hands‑on experience translating analysis into insights that support operational and planning decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost & Profit Optimization
Support cost and profit optimization activities through data processing, consolidation, validation, and analysis
Assist with analysis of cost, pricing, and margin data to understand performance drivers, trends, and gaps across the planning process
Build analytical outputs and insights to improve cost visibility and support planning decisions
Calendars & Processes Management
Support calendar and process management through consolidation and improvement of seasonal planning and costing milestones
Assist in building and maintaining planning calendars and process documentation
Identify opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of planning cadence
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Planning, Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Finance, and Logistics
Participate in team meetings, regular check-ins, internship program activities, and provide ad hoc support to the team as needed
GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT TOPIC:
The intern will complete a structured Integrated Business Planning project focused on Cost & Profit Optimization and Calendars & Processes Management, with a final project presentation delivered to business leaders at the end of the program:
Develop and enhance a cost-related planning calendar aligned to key seasonal planning milestones
Compile, process, and validate cost, pricing, and margin data from multiple inputs to create a consolidated view
Understand where key planning data comes from, how it is updated, and how accuracy is ensured
Analyze and review data over time to identify key observations, gaps, and opportunities to improve cost and margin visibility, including planning calendar alignment
Summarize findings and translate analysis into clear takeaways to support planning and margin discussions

Qualifications & Requirements
University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
A passion in our brands and industry!
Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
Proficient in English
A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
