The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.
We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/x) with responsibility for EMEA to join our team. As an expert in IT service delivery, vendor management, and ITSM processes, you will ensure seamless enablement of IT operations and service management capabilities across the region. This role will be based out of Düsseldorf, Germany and report directly into the Director IT EMEA I&O.
A day in the life of an IT Service Delivery Manager EMEA (m/f/x):
You will oversee end-to-end IT service delivery across the EMEA region, covering all domains (retail, wholesale, corporate, supply chain).
You will manage vendor and partner relationships, holding providers accountable for SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate and manage IT service demand, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
You will leverage performance data and metrics to drive continuous service improvement, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
You will champion IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
You will engage with business stakeholders and regional SDMs to ensure services meet expectations and align with global IT and business strategy.
You will track and report service performance to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
You will manage various services in IT including applications, infrastructure, service desk, field services, etc.
You will align regional service delivery with global IT strategies, enabling change management initiatives and adapting to local needs.
You will manage the regional IT service delivery budget, balancing cost efficiency with high service quality.
What do we need from you? You have:
A university degree in a related field or equivalent education
5+ years of IT service delivery experience, ideally across the EMEA region.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices (ITIL certification preferred).
Proven expertise in change management, minimizing disruption through planning, communication, and execution.
Demonstrated vendor management experience with accountability for SLAs and performance outcomes.
Track record of data-driven continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
Experience working in a dynamic, global, and multicultural environment.
Very strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic and proactive problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with transparency and service excellence.
