The Team

Within the eCommerce team, our mission is to drive a commercially focused strategy with a strong emphasis on product, trading, and business growth to elevate online performance. The Digital Merchandising team serves as the backbone of eCommerce, leading site merchandising, content, and product launches to achieve sales and conversion targets, as well as operational excellence. The team works closely with the broader CK teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive commercial performance. As a key member of the team, this role plays a significant part in the department’s overall success and strategic growth.

 

The Position

As a Junior Specialist CMS Operations at Calvin Klein Europe, you will play a critical role in the execution of e-commerce campaigns across 30 European markets and 7 languages. You will be responsible for building and maintaining campaign content in the CMS across key site areas. A key focus of the role will be building sale content and ensuring accurate and timely deployment of sale phases in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent attention to detail, CMS experience, and a proactive approach to campaign execution.

 

  • Build and manage campaign content across Splash, GLP, PLP, and PDP pages within the CMS (Content Stack), ensuring high-quality execution for 30 markets in 7 languages.

  • Support campaign site flips as part of regular seasonal and promotional activations, ensuring all builds go live accurately and on time.

  • Execute sale content builds across all site sections in line with defined sale phases, collaborating with the sale taskforce and other key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, planning, and briefing teams) to ensure consistent and correct implementation of campaign and sale materials.

  • Brief build support agency on build work, supervising and QAing their builds.

  • Conduct thorough QA checks before go-live to ensure functional accuracy, localisation, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Flag and resolve content discrepancies or technical issues quickly, raising tickets with relevant teams to troubleshoot as needed.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, tracking timelines, requirements, and go-live readiness for all CMS builds.

  • Support post-campaign reviews by providing insights or data on build performance or operational challenges.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Around 2-3 years full-time work experience in the e-commerce or digital communication industry.

  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – able to manage multiple builds across projects.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web structure is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Comfortable working with campaign timelines and adapting to last-minute changes with flexibility and focus.
