About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join the PVH ANZ team as we look at delivering a large-scale transformation program.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will manage and utilise our existing e-learning platform to facilitate virtual, online, face-to-face and classroom programs. You will also coordinate and deliver learning and development programs for all PVH ANZ associates across our Head Office, Wholesale and Retail stores.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a 14-month fixed term position, working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, communicate, deliver and facilitate an annual training plan in collaboration with the L&D Manager
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to gather learning, development and training needs specific to the ANZT project. Supporting and executing plans as required.
  • Work with the ANZ Transformation Change Manager and team to identify and implement relevant learning solutions.
  • Partner with and schedule training sessions with external facilitators, including sourcing new facilitators and managing external training bookings.
  • Manage training invoices and the training budget ensuring all training activities and resources are tracked and monitored, on time and adhering to budget expectations.
  • Create and manage course creation, maintain and update, develop and deliver face-to-face and online L&D projects in collaboration with internal associates and external providers to adhered timelines.
  • Manage the e-learning platform LMS (Workday) including all administration and communication.
  • Support the Performance & Development annual processes, including communication, reporting and follow up.

About You

  • Previous experience within L&D and / or Training, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 or its successor) and relevant tertiary qualifications as well as knowledge particularly in areas of learning and development, on-boarding, performance management and talent management.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in learning management systems, including the creation, delivery and maintenance of digital content (e.g. web authoring tools, Workday, Easy Generator, Articulate Storyline etc.) or similar.
  • High degree of computer literacy and proven experience using MS Office suites, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Previous experience designing, administering, communicating and facilitating L&D programs and processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills.  
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritise training whilst juggling priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and manage ambiguity, complexity and confidential information.
  • Ability to travel domestically to facilitate training.
