POSITION SUMMARY 

Meeting consumer demand with the right product, in the right place at the right time is at the heart of what we do. This role will support the transformation of our planning capabilities through integrated business planning analytics that are essential to achieve our ambitious targets. The role will drive Regional Data processes and analytics to support the implementation of more effective ways of working, faster decision making and region level decision making. Providing data driven insights into regional E2E planning processes to support planning leads to execute regional brand strategies, while working closely with Supply, Finance, Analytics and Merchandising Teams as projects move through the Innovation process will be an essential part of this newly created position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead projects that relate to optimizing E2E planning processes and planning best practices to drive learnings and improvement into cross-functional planning teams. Manage the evolution of these processes to reduce inventories and maximize full price sell through, productivity and profitability.

  • Coordinate the E2E calendar across cross-functional IBP teams.

  • Drive data-driven business intelligence to maximize seasonal range efficiency and commercial impact. Partner with Analytics to accelerate, build and adopt the next generation of predictive forecasting across buying, ranging and in-season trading. Accelerate planning team adoption of the latest planning tools, capabilities and insights. Lead the continuous analysis & improvement of performance management.

  • Support the data conversion into the global datalake and standardize planning reports and KPI dashboards to manage demand plans and performance against PVH+ Plan KPIs in close collaboration with Data Governance and Analytics teams.

  • Review and monitor the alignment of the Demand Plan and Financial Estimate to understand and reconcile the gaps between them as part of the larger Integrated Business Planning process. Analyze KPI’s, identify risks and opportunities and recommend demand actions.

  • Support regional planning activities pre-season on assortment analysis, forecasting, cost guidance, OTB creation and consolidation in line with brand PVH+ Plan KPIs.

  • Act as regional point for roll-up plans (forecasts, OTB, core replenishment), generate data driven recommendations on model/forecast optimization and reconciliate against targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant experience (MBA/EMBA preferred)

  • 7+ or more years of experience in planning/merchandising

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication & influential abilities – proven ability to work closely and effectively with cross functional partners and leadership team (across supply chain, finance, merchandising, marketing).

  • Systems thinking mindset - ability to understand multiple interactions with the demand-driven Supply Chain. Excellent critical thinking skills and detail orientation. Inquisitive self-starter.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in other Asian language/s are a plus
