The Position

The MMM Program Manager (Manager level) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the marketing mix modeling program. This role ensures that data, vendors, and stakeholders are aligned so that MMM outputs are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and can be used by business teams for planning. The position requires strong organizational skills, basic statistical literacy, and the ability to translate technical findings into straightforward insights for marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Program Execution

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows for ongoing MMM projects.

  • Coordinate data collection across marketing, finance, and analytics teams.

  • Track vendor performance and escalate issues as needed.

· Data & Modeling Support

  • Support preparation and validation of datasets for modeling.

  • Review model outputs with statistical literacy to ensure quality and flag inconsistencies.

  • Document assumptions, methodologies, and key outputs for knowledge management.

· Insight Delivery

  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise summaries of results for marketing and finance stakeholders.

  • Assist in embedding MMM outputs into budget allocation and channel planning discussions.

  • Create and Maintain dashboards and playbooks that make MMM insights accessible to the business.

· Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal analytics and teams.

  • Support senior leaders in preparing presentations for executive audiences.

  • Build working relationships with channel leads and finance counterparts to ensure insights are actionable.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, marketing operations, or marketing/media analytics.

  • Experience working with external analytics vendors or consultancies.

  • Strong numerate, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of media and marketing

  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling concepts and typical data inputs (media, sales, pricing, promotions).

  • Exposure to marketing measurement techniques beyond MMM (e.g., experiments and attribution).

  • Strong statistical literacy; ability to interrogate model assumptions and outputs without needing to build models directly.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
