The Team
PVH Retail Operations is responsible for circa 50% of the European total business. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent thread that runs through our retail business: ‘Retail Working as One’. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores first.

A day in the life of our Operations & Support Coordinator
● Support creation and maintenance of retail reporting
● Issue weekly operations department reporting to the retail teams
● Managing content, creation, and support within the team
● Ensuring all planning and project roll out documentation is updated
● Help ensure all retail stores are trained and running to the new best practices
● Manage diary and support calls with regional specialists
● Being a support to the regional specialist teams

Be all of you
• Ideally, some previous experience in retail operations ideally gained within a retail environment
• Able to research and analyze multiple data streams to make informed decisions
• Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
• Enjoys and adept at project management tasks, working to time and detail

Internship must-haves
• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
