About the Role:

The main responsibility of the People Associate Services Representative is to ensure that the day-to-day People Service Requests are executed or assigned. The Associate Services Representative supports all initial inquiry questions from Associates and managers.  He/she is responsible for providing detailed and accurate information as it pertains to payroll information, benefits, company policies or procedures, HR Systems and State and Federal Laws. The Associate Services Representative is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and working as a team player within the department.

The People Services Representative is a valuable resource by the US Office population therefore, he/she needs to be resourceful, a good decision maker, with excellent communication skills.  This position requires great attention to detail and reasonableness and the ability to meet tight deadlines.  This position also requires extensive and careful time management skills and shift gears quickly. Must have analytical skills when looking to improve workflow and be able to think independently.  

A People Associate Services Representative will perform administrative duties and assist in special projects as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working closely with all HR Operations teams to ensure that PSP requests are responded or executed accurately and timely

  • Ensure State and Federal documents (I-9’s, W-4, Minor Work Permits etc.) are present and comply with applicable laws.  In addition to meeting Company’s Policy and Practice requirements. 

  • Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documentation to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes- Oxley and internal audit.

  • Support the overall Onboarding and Offboarding for Associates and Managers

  • Partners with internal teams like payroll and IT with associate requests.

  • Comprehensive HR understanding of transactional and technical knowledge in HR Ops (payroll administration, core data, document management)

  • Full understanding of benefit enrollment processing.  Responsible for collecting benefits premiums that may have been missed and communicating that amount to the associate. Collaborating with the Benefits Department on resolving benefit related issues.

  • Support and coach in interpretating, educating and clarifying policies and procedures to associates and managers. Escalate or Collaborate as needed.

  • Provide basic administrative support to COE’s or teams for Workday System updates. 

  • Create and maintain Associate Employment files in OnBase electronic filing system for all US Office associates

  • Primary point of follow up for Associate outreach for COE initiatives

  • Special projects as needed

  • Must travel to NYC as necessary potentially on a weekly basis

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3 Years of People Operations or HR

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • Workday Knowledge a plus, associate-focused, detail-oriented and passionate about providing associates with the best possible experience. He/ She will maintain a high level of confidentiality and always maintain discretion.

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
