Reporting to the Senior Manager eCommerce and Media Infrastructure, you will work cross-functionally with product management, media, eCommerce, marketing and IT teams to support innovation and efficiency across digital commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, media, and marketing teams to translate business needs into scalable data feed solutions.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot feed errors, and implement optimizations to maximize data integrity and campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with IT, Product Launch and analytics teams to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Support testing and implementation of new tools, APIs, or platforms related to product feeds and eCommerce infrastructure.
  • Document technical processes and maintain version control for feed configurations and data models.
  • Maintain the data pipelines into Channable
  • Stay current on feed specifications, channel updates, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and performance.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

  • High accuracy and uptime of product feeds across all connected channels.
  • Improved feed-based performance KPIs (e.g., CTR, ROAS, conversion) across marketing platforms.
  • Reduction in feed-related errors or data inconsistencies over time.
  • Timely deployment of new feeds or updates in line with campaign or platform deadlines.
  • Positive feedback from internal teams on feed quality, stability, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or feed management roles, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing within a (premium) fashion environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data transformation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script).
  • Experience with feed management platforms (e.g., Productsup, Channable, Feedonomics) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and feed specs (Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, Amazon Advertising, etc.).
  • Understanding of API integrations and data transfer protocols (e.g., JSON, XML, FTP).
  • Experience managing structured product catalogs and eCommerce-related data.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., GCP, BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
