The Team

The Retail team supports the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein store network by ensuring operational excellence across all retail locations. Based at headquarters, the team partners closely with stores and internal departments to deliver a seamless brand experience and maintain high standards throughout the network.

The Position

This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, starting in August.

Based at headquarters, you will support the France retail perimeter, covering 33 Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores. The role includes a wide range of technical, administrative, and safety-related responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the store network and the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

General Services & Technical Maintenance — 40%

You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the store network, ensuring that all technical equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

  • Monitoring subcontractor contracts and ensuring service quality.
  • Managing the purchase of maintenance supplies and store-related equipment.
  • Ensuring that technical equipment remains in good working order, including ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facilities equipment.
  • Supporting the comfort of customers and store teams by ensuring that equipment and facilities operate properly.
  • Implementing energy-saving initiatives across the network, including electricity and water consumption measures.
  • Coordinating and planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Using and maintaining the CMMS tool (Synergee tool logiciel maintenance) to track requests, interventions, and reporting.
  • Supporting store opening, closing, and renovation projects, including planning and follow-up.
  • Acting as the key point of contact between the works/development team and maintenance operations.
  • Coordinating major maintenance projects, such as hardwood floor refinishing, painting works, furniture moves, and store improvements.

Administrative & Budget Management — 40%

You will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of maintenance activities, ensuring proper budget monitoring, supplier management, and process efficiency.

  • Managing and monitoring the OPEX budget related to retail maintenance.
  • Managing supplier invoicing through Coupa.
  • Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and brand standards.
  • Following up on the execution of maintenance contracts and network framework agreements.
  • Administering the CMMS tool, including data updates, report creation, and activity tracking.
  • Drafting, updating, and standardizing maintenance procedures for stores, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Safety, Security & Regulatory Compliance — 20%

You will contribute to ensuring that all stores operate safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Helping to guarantee the safety and security of retail sites.
  • Managing and coordinating security service providers, including remote monitoring, access control, and security guards.
  • Ensuring that stores operate in compliance with French ERP fire safety regulations.
  • Following up on regulatory inspections and the maintenance of safety equipment, including fire safety systems, emergency equipment, smoke extraction systems, and PPE training.
  • Coordinating corrective actions following inspections, audits, or safety-related observations.
  • Actively contributing to the preparation of safety commission visits.

Requirements

  • A first experience in a retail environment, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role would be a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics at the same time.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook/calendar management is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Coupa is a plus.
  • English skills are a plus.
