As part of the NA Operations organization, the Transformation Enablement Team leads strategic initiatives that simplify, standardize, & connect how PVH works — integrating operating model, process, technology, & people to drive operational efficiency, scalability, & long-term growth.

The team partners across brands, functions, and regions to design and embed connected, efficient ways of working through process redesign, digital enablement, and capability building to optimize how the company operates and delivers business value.

The Senior Manager, Transformation Program Management & Enablement Hub plays a critical role in orchestrating, integrating, and enabling delivery of the regional transformation portfolio, including process, technology, and data & analytics initiatives. The role provides structure, visibility, and execution discipline across multiple domains by owning portfolio planning, sequencing, dependency management, adoption enablement, and decision support.

Operating as the central connective tissue across transformation efforts, this role partners closely with Senior Directors, Directors, and Domain Managers to ensure initiatives are aligned, risks are surfaced early, trade-offs are understood, and transformation outcomes are adopted and sustained. The role also provides flexible, hands-on support to priority initiatives based on business need.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Transformation Portfolio Management & Governance

  • Own & maintain integrated transformation portfolio plans, milestones, and sequencing across multiple domains, including operating model, process, technology, and data & analytics initiatives.
  • Establish and continuously improve standardized governance, tracking, and reporting routines.
  • Provide executive-ready portfolio views, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and misalignment across initiatives.

Cross-Domain Planning, Sequencing & Dependency Management

  • Partner with Senior Directors, Directors, and Domain Managers to coordinate planning and sequencing across initiatives.
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, resource conflicts, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Support scenario planning and re-sequencing in response to shifting priorities or emerging risks.
  • Facilitate escalation and decision-support forums, ensuring leaders have clear options and implications.

Change Enablement & Adoption Support

  • Partner with Domain Managers and Change teams to embed consistent adoption and readiness practices across initiatives.
  • Track change milestones, training readiness, and post–go-live stabilization.
  • Support development of communications, training reinforcement, and sustainment approaches.
  • Monitor adoption indicators and flag risks to sustained performance.

Flexible Delivery & Initiative Support

  • Provide hands-on program leadership or PM support for priority initiatives where additional structure or capacity is required.
  • Support onboarding of new initiatives into the transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment to standards and governance.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of transformation methodologies, tools, and ways of working.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • 8–12 years experience in program management, transformation, PMO, or operations roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios or programs, not just individual projects.
  • Strong understanding of program and portfolio management, dependency management, and governance.
  • Experience supporting transformation, system implementations, or process change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively across senior stakeholders and competing priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field required.
  • Project Management (PMP, Agile) or Change Management certification a plus (applied experience preferred over credentials).

SKILLS

  • Strong portfolio planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready insights and decision support.
  • Sound judgment in navigating ambiguity, trade-offs, and shifting priorities.
  • Highly effective communicator and facilitator across functions and levels.
  • Flexible, resilient, and proactive in dynamic transformation environments.

INTERNAL CONTACTS:

  • Senior Directors, Directors, and Domain Managers within Transformation Enablement and Data & Analytics.
  • Operating leaders & teams across North America, including Product, Merchandising, Planning, Buying, Operations, Supply, Sales, Finance, etc. teams for both brands.
  • Regional IT partners & Global IT platform & analytics teams supporting transformation initiatives.
  • HR & Change Management partners supporting adoption and readiness activities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role may manage Analysts or Coordinators and provides day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and coaching for assigned resources. The role leads through influence across cross-functional teams.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None directly. This role supports transformation investment planning by providing portfolio insights, sequencing analysis, and delivery risk assessments that inform funding and resourcing decisions.

DECISION MAKING:

This role is empowered to make decisions within the transformation portfolio, including:

  • Prioritizing and sequencing initiatives within established strategic guardrails.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs and escalating with recommended options.
  • Defining and enforcing portfolio tracking, governance, and reporting standards.
  • Recommending course-correction actions to Senior Directors and Directors based on delivery performance and adoption readiness.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

This role requires strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and adaptability — navigating complex, cross-domain transformation environments and developing practical approaches to improve visibility, alignment, and execution discipline.

The Senior Manager applies creativity to simplify complexity, improve governance and adoption practices, and adapt portfolio management approaches as priorities evolve, ensuring transformation efforts remain focused, coordinated, and sustainable.

VALUE & IMPACT

This role drives value by:

  • Providing clarity, structure, and discipline across complex transformation efforts.
  • Enabling informed leadership decisions through integrated portfolio visibility.
  • Improving on-time delivery through proactive dependency and risk management.
