As the Senior Endpoint Engineer, your focus will be on developing and engineering solutions that will advance the End User Computing vision of a secure, stable, robust, and dynamic end user infrastructure that will support our existing business requirements, as well as easily scale to meet our future needs.

You will collaborate with a great team of engineers, and you will add seniority through your technical expertise and experience. With your support we will proceed with the transformation of our supporting landscape, improve the automation of tasks, and provide tools to the users and stores enabling their best and provide each customer with the best experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, executing and maintaining the roadmap of the endpoint-management landscape transformation

• Provide coaching and technical guidance to the team on developing and executing projects.

• Manage and Maintain Endpoint Management platforms for PC, Mac, Mobile (SCCM/INTUNE/JAMF).

• Develop and oversee device deployment for a seamless onboarding process; leverage Intune and Autopilot, ABM, JAMF,

• Develop Conditional Access and MAM policies for Data access.

• Manage packaging strategy/execution for desktop and mobile software.

• Troubleshoot Level 3 Operating system issues (Windows, MacOS, iOS).

• Create knowledge articles and document the infrastructure.

• Convert business requests into technical activities.

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to address priorities and execution of the roadmap.

• Consider new technologies and provide inputs to the business to improve the quality of the service provided.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 7+ years working with end user infrastructure and relevant technologies.

• Minimum 2+ years working in a tech lead position.

• Deep knowledge in SCCM/MECM, MDM platforms (Intune/JAMF), Active Directory and Group Policies.

• Experience in creating MAM and Azure conditional access policies.

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise OS management, Windows, MacOS and iOS.

• Experience working with PowerShell, Z Shell and automation.

• Proven knowledge of documentation creation, diagrams and process development.

• The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects.

• Experience leading projects, with structure, setting priorities and breaking down big activities into trackable progress and timeline.

• Agile mindset to manage the workload and set priorities.
