The Senior Specialist – Creative Concept Development (EMEA) is responsible for translating global creative concepts into regionally executable solutions across the EMEA region. The role supports the adaptation and execution of seasonal initiatives while ensuring alignment with global creative direction and operational feasibility.

Working closely with the Director (budget oversight) and the Regional Rollout Lead (EMEA production execution), this position helps ensure that creative concepts are implemented consistently across markets while maintaining brand standards, technical accuracy, and production viability.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Adaptation & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee the translation of global creative concepts into regionally executable formats.

  • Review design adaptations to ensure feasibility, layout accuracy, and technical consistency.

  • Validate renders prior to their inclusion in seasonal visual guidelines.

  • Ensure brand consistency while balancing production timelines and technical constraints.

  • Support the resolution of execution-related challenges in collaboration with the Regional Rollout Lead.

Regional Production Support (MEA+, Turkey, CIS+)

  • Provide guidance to regional teams on the local adaptation of seasonal concepts.

  • Lead clarification sessions on materials, technical details, and execution standards.

  • Review local samples and adaptation proposals.

  • Provide feedback to maintain brand integrity and execution quality.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Consumer Messaging and Graphic Design teams to ensure alignment between campaign visuals and physical installations.

  • Share relevant timelines and production milestones to support guideline development.

  • Provide clarification on execution standards where required.

  • Support visibility and alignment across seasonal initiatives.

Regional VM & Activation Support

  • Act as a point of contact for VM hubs regarding creative interpretation and execution standards (excluding operational rollout management).

  • Support the resolution of creative execution queries from regional teams.

  • Provide guidance on look & feel and spatial integration of concepts.

Non-Seasonal Activations & Team Support

  • Support ad hoc creative initiatives and special projects.

  • Contribute to cross-functional planning discussions where relevant.

  • Provide oversight and guidance to the Coordinator – Creative Concepts.

  • Maintain structured documentation and processes to ensure continuity during the leave period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in visual merchandising, creative concept development, retail design, or a similar creative role within an international retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of retail environments, spatial design, and in-store visual communication.

  • Experience translating global creative concepts into practical regional execution.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational and production feasibility.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams and markets.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work within seasonal timelines.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative and technical requirements.

  • Proficiency in common design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) is a plus.
