Senior Specialist, Early Talent

At PVH, we cultivate early talent communities, by providing focused growth and development opportunities, leveraging strategic pathways to attract, engage, and elevate high-potential talent into the future leaders of PVH. We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Early Talent, to support the design, development, and delivery of our early career and emerging talent programs. This role is pivotal in helping us attract, engage, and develop top university and early career talent from diverse backgrounds to build our long-term talent pipeline.

In this position, you will collaborate across teams working with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR, Universities, and external partners to execute impactful internship and early career programs that reflect PVH’s people-first values. You will lead key relationship management efforts with universities and nonprofits, own the management of campus visits and internal referral programs, and support MBA recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management and the ability to influence senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Early Talent Programs: Support end-to-end planning and delivery of internship programs, including onboarding, training, events, and performance management.

  • Drive Conversion: Build and implement strategies to convert interns into full-time PVH employees.

  • Campus & Community Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with university career centers, student groups, and community partners. Represent PVH at career fairs, info sessions, and conferences.

  • Manage External Partnerships: Own PVH’s partnerships with academic institutions, nonprofits, and identify new opportunities to advance early talent goals.

  • Support MBA Recruitment: Assist with MBA recruiting activities, including campus outreach, interview coordination, and event support.

  • Lead Internal Coordination: Oversee school visit logistics and the intern referral process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.

  • Champion Candidate Experience: Collaborate with hiring managers to provide a seamless and inclusive candidate journey, leveraging data and feedback to improve processes.

  • Partner on Inclusion: Work closely with PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity team and Business Resource Groups to deliver inclusive programs and mentorship opportunities.

  • Analyze & Report: Track early talent program data and provide insights to stakeholders to measure success and identify areas for growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in early talent programs, university relations, campus recruiting, or HR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to manage partnerships with academic institutions or nonprofit organizations.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Passion for talent development and equity, with a focus on creating meaningful early career experiences.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or university recruiting tools is a plus.

Pay Range:$80,150---$113,700

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
