POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for driving and managing an integrated regional supply planning process that supports business objectives and profitability. This role focuses on driving timely product availability, optimizing capacity utilization, and enhancing operational processes across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct buy analysis to support decision-making and optimize purchasing strategies.
Develop and manage regional supply plans to maximize sales and service levels while minimizing risk.
Identify and resolve supply and capacity constraints across countries and global planning teams to achieve optimal delivery schedules.
Recommend adjustments to buying strategies and production schedules in response to capacity challenges.
Monitor and lead key supply planning metrics, including product harmonization, blind buys, cancellations, surcharges, and order fulfillment rates.
Investigate late shipments and initiate corrective actions such as chargebacks, price adjustments, or expedited shipments.
Collaborate with demand planning, sales, marketing, product development, merchandising, distribution, and sourcing teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand.
Support new projects and build efficient process flows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years in supply and inventory planning within multinational companies, preferably in retail.
Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficient in SAP and ERP systems (Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution, Purchasing)
Advanced Excel and database management skills
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts
