Business Title: Specialist, ESG Reporting
Position Summary:
The ESG Reporting Project Management Specialist, supports the development and execution of the annual ESG reporting calendar, ensuring timely delivery of the CR Report and ESG ratings/rankings. This role manages project plans, coordinates stakeholders, and facilitates reporting workflows across multiple teams. The Specialist also supports data collection tools and systems, with opportunities to expand into regulatory disclosure project management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual ESG reporting calendar that includes all CR Report and ESG ratings/rankings key dates and deadlines, in line with the annual ESG reporting strategy, and calendarize deadlines for all stakeholder
Build and manage timeline and project plans for all ESG ratings/rankings
Build and manage the one CR Report timeline and project plan to ensure report is produced and delivered on time
Coordinate all ESG reporting stakeholders beginning with collaborating on calendars and timelines, facilitating check-ins and work sessions, and ensuring on-time execution against all deliverables
Oversee the report outline/structure from conception through production
Manage Corp Comms team to produce and deliver the annual CR report against the agreed-to timeline, including design and copy editing
Support ESG Reporting Director and Manager in maintaining and versioning all operations documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for various stakeholder audiences
Support ESG Reporting Manager in build of annual ESG data feasibility and data collection sheets, and eventually manage project management inputs for the ESG content management system
Escalate delays to the ESG Reporting Director to manage through the ESG reporting escalation process
Evolve timelines and project plans based on input from senior leaders, shifts in strategy or changes in the macro reporting environment, including external stakeholder expectations or requirements
Support with external reporting partners and agencies to gather information on timelines and key delivery dates
Opportunities to expand into regulatory disclosure creation and review project management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in a multi-matrix organization
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
Skills
Strong project planning and timeline management skills
Experience managing cross-functional deliverables and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Ability to adapt plans based on shifting priorities or external changes
Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data tracking), Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with content management systems or ESG data platforms is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications)
Skilled in facilitating meetings, managing stakeholder expectations, and escalating issues when needed
Ability to identify risks or delays in reporting workflows and recommend solutions
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in deliverables
Understanding of ESG reporting processes and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) is a plus
Licenses and Certifications:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Preferred
Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Preferred

Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
