About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Network Services, will be responsible for overseeing the operations of network and network security services within an organization, which falls under the domain of the function of IT and the brand-led team of PVH technology - managing teams that maintain, support, and optimize all network & network security functions, ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio, often collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and effective demand management.

 

This role will be leading a team consisting completely of external Partner Teams located across the globe to ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role will have external partner delivery leads/subject matter experts/operation leads reporting into him/her who have various experiences across single or multiple domains.

 

The core areas and platforms under scope fall under the below categories:

  • Network stack across the retail, warehouse, office and data center environments

  • Network is using multiple technologies such as Cisco Router, switches, Wireless Controllers, Wi-Fi APs, Infoblox DDI, Cisco SDWAN appliances, Cradlepoint and other smaller technologies

  • Network Security Solutions include SASE, Cisco and Checkpoint firewalls, VPN, NAC, Certificate Management

  • Security frameworks, audits and compliance

  • Monitoring, automation, scripting and optimization

 

This is a high impact role that requires identifying, and addressing operational requirements, refining and improving the existing service portfolio and acting as service owner to set the prioritization of epics and user stories.

 

The Senior Manager, Network Services will be implementing processes to enhance our service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency next to owning contract management, delivering top-tier service to our associates.

What You'll Do:

  • Advises the Sr Director Infrastructure & Security Services on IT Operational strategy and delivers input regarding his/her scope of Network & Network Security coverage.

  • Leads and monitors the operational team on his/her domain to ensure efficient day-to-day delivery of Network & Network Security services to the organization.

  • Helps the Sr Director Managed Services to develop operational policies in the area of support services. Assists in the development of support models and prepares for operational readiness.

  • Ensures smooth transition of IT Infrastructure from project phase to run phase and manages successful integrations & releases in accordance with business standards and objectives.

  • Expectation is to on a regular basis network and liase with Sr business leadership (Sr. Director/ Director) stakeholders in the supply chain, HR, Finance and Brands as well as Senior IT leaders of these domains.

  • This role will need good knowledge of the domain under scope to engage effectively and proactively with IT, Business and the vendor

  • Acts as one of the final escalation points for the Incident Management process.

  • Ensures that his/her team provides efficient high-quality Network & Network Security services and continuously improves operations efficiency.

  • Oversees the definition and implementation of actions to improve business application services (improvement on quality, price) and standardization of processes used between providers, business and third parties. He/she ensures that services are delivered at the highest quality for an optimal price.

  • Ensures that the Problem Management process is being followed by his/her team according to company’s policies for the Applications in his/her domain.

  • Ensures that Service Level Agreements are being properly managed and reported and contributes to the organization during Vendor negotiations and performance reviews.

  • Manages the operations of network and network security in his/her domain and the relationship with both internal and external services providers. He/she ensures operations according to SLAs.

  • Accountable for confirming services readiness and for ensuring that new or changed services in her/his domain satisfy all readiness criteria and are supplied ready for live deployment.

  • Authorizes and conducts service handover to operations teams.

  • Expected to direct, manage and ensure the proper implementation of Changes for the services in operations which are under his/her domain.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing Network & Network Security Operations, Vendor relationships of large multi-million-euro contracts or other IT Operations Manager for 10-15 years

  • Proven track record in continuous improvement of Network & Network Security services

  • Interact with Business and IT leaders and being able to explain IT in a very simple and understandable way

  • Experience managing the day-to-day service delivery of defined services provided by both internal and external service providers

  • Experience managing virtual teams and able to handle different cultures

  • Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure management practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements

 

 

        

Education:

 

  • Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure management practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements

 

 

Skills: 

  • Strong technical knowledge across various Network & Network Security technologies specifically SDWAN / routing, switching, wireless, DDI, ADC, SASE, firewalls, NAC, and other solutions

  • Sound knowledge of IT frameworks like ITIL

  • Service management skills to manage upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, participating in domain audits and ensuring compliance to organizational policies.

  • Have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, obsess over quality of services being delivered, and be relationship oriented through transparent and proactive communication.

  • Track record collaborating closely with service teams in an international organization

  • Knows how to enable and share a common, customer-centric culture with the teams and apply common methods to drive excellence in the role or function.

 

ENVIRONMENT:  

Ensure that all network domains are operating at the highest standards and are reliable. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive environment. International travel is required.

Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
