The Quality Assurance and Testing Senior Engineer will establish and drive common, Global Quality Assurance practices across product areas to ensure the successful delivery of PVH applications and systems. This role will actively partner across the Global PVH IT teams to deliver products and services to our PVH brands and partners through sound quality assurance practices, guided by a scalable governance process, and standardized testing framework, to reduce risk, ensure user satisfaction, and support continuous improvement of Quality across PVH.
He/she will work closely with PVH IT application teams, Program and Project Management, vendors and Business Process partners to strategize & align long term solutions for specialized testing (test automation) including roadmap, tools, framework & approach
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Serve as the global automation engineer in the Quality Assurance & Testing space for the enterprise.
Drive creation and delivery of a global specialized testing practice -automation; Defining and driving the use of Testing Tools and standardized creation of automation scripts
Support in defining and own standard program and project testing metrics for Automation testing and oversee reporting of Testing Status,
Support Project and Program Managers on project priorities and guide project leads in determining accurate resource estimates QA resources for project plans.
Mentor & train global product & project teams in the development of automation test strategy, test plans, scripts, and defect management.
Support Project and Program Managers on the execution of automation integration, regression, and ad-hoc tests according to approved test plans and testing schedule.
Continually augment the quality assurance team’s experiences and skills with appropriate training, technologies, and techniques

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
· 12+ years of experience in quality assurance processes and industry leading testing techniques.
· 3+ years of experience in the automation (specialized) Quality Assurance and Test Engineering teams across multiple geographies
Education:
4 years of bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant engineering
Graduate degree is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of all aspects of quality assurance/engineering processes, tools and various techniques for non-functional areas
Very strong ability to implement and drive Testing Automation with a clear goal of efficiency and time to value.
Understanding & hands-on experience on testing tools commercial & open source (eg: TOSCA/TestMu/Selenium/Cucumber/etc)
Hands-on experience in implementing testing and QA automation frameworks for ERP (eg SAP), Web, API, Mobile Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies
Should have been exposed to the latest trends like AI Testing (experience in research on co-pliot/OpenAI etc
Hands-on experience in one or more Test Management Tools like qTest, ALM and JIRA
Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile Project methodologies
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
Ability to anticipate, identify & escalate issues that may impede deliverables or introduce risk and articulate mitigation and corrective actions
Strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills within all levels of the organization.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, collaboration and relationship management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic to learn new technologies/tools as per the project needs
