POSITION SUMMARY:

Drive, manage and manipulate an integrated and successful regional Buy management process & Speed project management that effectively supports the company profitability and business objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Drive and resolve supply/ capacity issues between countries and global planning in order to achieve an optimal delivery plan that supports the business objectives.

  • Manage and control the buy/supply plan in the region, optimizing it in a way that can maximize sales and service level while minimizing the inventory investment.

  • Lead and resolve supply/capacity issues within/between countries in order to achieve an optimal delivery plan that supports the business objectives.

  • Offer decisions such as how to split buys if capacity problem happens in indicated source(s). Make recommendations on adjustment activities in order to stabilize delivery plan. Manage and resolve issues through Seasonal / Production/ Order Minimum reports. GSC,Supply Planning team,Sourcing team,Operations team,Strategic Initiative teams,operations and business solutions team,Materials and Technical team,Sytems and IT support teams,VM teams,Merchandising ,Quality and Operations,Brands,HUBS,MET ,HR

,Finance,CR and logistics teams

CREATIVITY: Identifies discrepancies in data and situations and modifies own approach accordingly and applies technical understanding to new situations and problems. Extends understanding of systems and process beyond current knowledge or experience.

TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.

ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with Global Design and Supply Chain.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

·Experience:

A minimum of 5 years supply & inventory planning supervisory experience in MNCs preferable in retail industry

·Education:

F.7 or Diploma of Supply Chain Management or related field

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and a self-motivation.

  • Independent, Detail-minded and problem solving skill

  • Knowledge of SAP & ERP systems - Supply Planning, Sales & Distribution & Purchasing.

  • Computer skills with database and spreadsheet programs.

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

  • Communication skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities.
