The Team

The Wholesale Planning team at PVH oversees Demand & Merchandising Planning for the Southwest region, ensuring accurate data and building the best assortments for each wholesale partner. In close collaboration with Wholesale Sales, Brand teams and EMEA hubs, we tailor our offer to customer needs, sales targets and market dynamics.

As part of PVH’s broader Wholesale organization, we support the growth of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein beyond retail by nurturing strong partnerships, providing relevant product recommendations, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. Our focus: collaboration, market-driven planning, and driving sustainable business growth.

The Position

Reporting onto the Senior Wholesale Planning Manager, The Wholesale Merchandising Analyst will play a key role in driving accurate data and sellout analysis. The Wholesale Merchandising Analyst will partner with sales and channel teams to support decision-making through sell-out analysis, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS / BUYING STRATEGY SUPPORT

  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators of collections to identify trends and define strategic recommendations.
  • Provide qualitative feedback in collaboration with Key Accounts.
  • In partnership with the Planner, analyze past season performances to guide future assortment strategies, leveraging historical data, market trends, and insights.
  • Weekly and monthly activity tracking (sell-in, sell-out, best/slow sellers, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze commercial operations.
  • Stock analysis and optimization.
  • Consolidate historical data of seasonal collections.

2. REPORTING TOOLS CREATION AND IMPROVEMENT

  • Develop, consolidate, and update commercial reporting tools.
  • Work closely with Key Accounts to ensure data reliability and relevance.
  • Proactively suggest new dashboard formats and reporting improvements.

3. MANAGEMENT OF THE PERMANENT OFFER

  • Oversee supply and replenishment of the permanent line in collaboration with partners: manage tools, orders, and performance analysis.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

  • Top Accounts sell-through.
  • Top Accounts retail net sales: growing YoY in every season.
  • Team engagement and feedback from key stakeholders (channels and brand teams).
  • Improved permanent offer replenishment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics;
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst, Product Merchandiser, Merchandise planning, Financial planning, Demand Planning
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and negotiate effectively across functions and levels of seniority
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and financial modeling), PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
  • Fluent French and English is a must
